Well, while the world comptemplates nuclear armaggedeon, and china bans the export of the alloy used in our stealth planes, Cy has been perfecting her psi ability to find and catch food.  Used it to add four 15 inch fish to my salt box today.  While everyone frets or takes pot shots at their cohorts here in the thread, I've been busy doing something useful.  Sorry I didn't bring a camera.  But I thought I'd change the feel of the commentary here, by doing something no portal can.  A kayak to areas of the river no one else can get to helps open new possibilities.  Hauling a kayak over a railroad track, down a hillside to the water and at the end of the day back up the steep hill and then over the tracks again to stuff it in the back of your SUV gives you time to ponder the deeper end of life.  Can a portal offer new possibilities if mankind refuses to stay its innate aggression amongst its own?  Unlikely.  Mankind needs a hobby.  People who wage war should be sentenced to a lifetime of astronomy and astrometrical calculations...maybe after those kinds of mental jumping jacks they'd be more inclined to play better with others.

All life has one thing in common...its instances of adaptation to embrace new possibilities, which in turn made it able to be here, right now in this moment in time.

Erdoğan is about to engage in a Faustian bargain with Putin who wants to transform Turkey into a major European gas hub.

It's a great opportunity for Turkey to gain more prominence on the world stage of commerce, power, control and fortune.... and an even greater opportunity for Putin and his quest to take over the planet and the ENTIRE universe!

How to deal with a gangster or the Antichrist?

Believe it or not, I dealt with my next door gangsters, ( real ones) with cookies. They were such a*****s! Loud music, drugs and hookers all hours, parking in our driveway. About every couple weeks I would take them or their kids over some cookies or whatever we made simple for lunch. Chatted them up some and after a couple months they were yelling at their gangster buds to leave us alone don’t park in ‘our ‘ space, we were ’good people’, ( and they brought over brownies, ) True story.

Make cookies.

The thing about dealing with evil, is you have to partake of it for it to destroy you.
