An ordinary salmon ate the nine hazelnuts which fell into the Well of Wisdom (an Tobar Segais - knowing of the Nine races of the Ancients and thus Human Potential Provenance). The first person to in turn eat the salmon would thus gain this knowledge.

It was the poet Finn Eces who after seven years of fishing finally caught the fish. He then gave the fish to his servant Fionn who was son of Cumhaill to cook for him.

Fionn ate the salmon and in so doing gained all the knowledge of the world. Throughout the rest of his life, Fionn could draw upon this knowledge merely by biting his thumb. The deep knowledge and wisdom gained from the Salmon of Knowledge, allowed Fionn to become the leader of the Fianna, the famed heroes of Irish myth.

BTW if you are not taking a vitamin supplements I would highly recommend a regular dose of D 50mg  day and zinc. Don’t overdose on either.

Yah, I'm taking Vitamin C extra every day and a good multi with zinc.

We are going to self quarantine for 1-2 weeks while the worst of it hits Sacramento, it's getting bad here.

Good tips

Sadly quarantine is only any good if you know you have the virus. That way you can protect others from get what you have.

If you never get the virus your immune system/you will have the potential to get ill maybe for years until you do. Or until a vaccine is developed. A year or two maybe..
