If we are to take smelly’s testimony at face value, he has had a close encounter with the Source.  This encounter has stuck with him.  He has patterned his subsequent life around that encounter.  

I don’t think that Eric/smelly would discount the probability that Jesus and Paul had such encounters.

I certainly agree with your observation on love and intuition as being key to personalism.  

But where the heck are you getting this eugenics business.......?  

I know of no personalist who has ever breathed a word about eugenics.  

In fact, on the face of it, eugenics would be an absolute anathema to any sort of personalism.
