It sounds like somebody's been reading The Secret.

One feature of a Disclosure process based on individuals is that it must maintain a momentum.  

Expectations on my part were raised concerning the recent trip to Brazil, and a subsequent return visit by the President.  However,  nothing materialized, relative to Disclosure.  

There may be opportunities to bring Brazil back into the picture, but those opportunities are slipping away.  

From my personal perspective, this is a setback, unlike any that I can personally recall.  

Where would a setback with Brazil leave us with regard to the total process?  

Was this setback due to circumstances beyond any individual’s control?  If so, those circumstances were not relayed to me in any convincing fashion.  

Well, for one, the best possible world returns to its original hypothetical status. But even hypotheses depend upon expectations of future events.

My personal status as the discloser is certainly brought into question. My possible retirement from that position comes back into focus.

Spin of consciousness.

The vortex is not of atmosphere, it is created by the spin of consciousness.

But because the consciousness is not recognised by DEAD ( at rest devices) they are blind to the creator of all.

Only living entities can detect and interact with the creator which is consciousness.

Consciousness is spinning in phase conjugate fashion into and out of the planet, the net difference is termed as gravity, thus by locally controlling the spin field about a craft , you can control gravity.

Gravity is time, time is a consequence of the rate of implosion over outrush.


Your senses are operating relative to the rate normally of gravity, thus You will not see a craft operating out of step with this until it nears our current rate.
