People like myself refuse to fly because we refuse to be treated like herd animals.  This means loss of income for the airlines because it isn't that we don't travel.  We indeed do travel.  We just avoid the tyrants so that we don't have to be concerned about some idgit getting in our face thereby illiciting an attitude adjustment on their part.  To keep the peace we drive or ride a horse to our destination.

But WAIT!  Theres another consequence of this...not only do the airlines suffer for those who boycott their mess, but so to do WE who avoid such BS generally decide that when it comes to voting or supporting technology that we will never see a benefit to, we refuse to support that stuff too.  American's are bailing off the globalist bandwagon and considering house cleaning.

Hi Mom1965, I dropped in to read the latest in the news collection and read with great sadness your thoughts and feelings on Halloween/Samhain. Like so many today I see the loss of the history behind the holiday, as the modern globalism twists and corrupts all it touches, hurt our combined people and the brightness bequeathed to America. As an Aes Dana (we say "Old Irish" for the convenience of our modern kindred), if Oky and Susan will kindly allow, I would like to restore to the history and original tradition of the holiday. The holiday is NOT an occult holiday except where modern occultists have attempted to change it to suit their own needs.

The origins of the day are from the traditions of the Old Irish. It is in summary a quasi-combination of New Year's Day, Memorial Day, and the tail end of Harvest Tide. Harvest Tide begins at Lughnasa in August when the first harvests are brought in and ends on Samhain/Halloween when the New Year celebration and the Great Rest (Over Winter) begins.

How the day came about is tied to the return of the Aes Dana to Ireland. Thousands of years ago our world fought a great war against a terrible corruption...a corruption that we today face once more; instigated by the same Illumined who caused that very war. The war was so terrible it caused the world to tip and the waters to slosh and whole cities and peoples were lost. The People were losing the war to the better equipped enemy when the Earth rebelled and the great sloshing started. A contingent of warriors rescued as many of the People as they could onto ships to carry them to safety. Among the People they took aboard were farmers, herdsmen, smith-crafters, scholars, physicians, children by the scores, and many more. It was to a scholar those refugees first looked; the first of the Ollamh (Great scholars) lead the People and the surviving warriors to the four worlds of the Ancients, to safe haven as refugees. That scholar, her name was Danu. So wonderful was her kindness, heart, skill, and wisdom that the People came to call themselves the Children of Danu or Tuatha (Children of) Danann. To this day the Old Irish value scholarship and the attainment of multiple skills, life long learning, and the practice of the ancient values (http://imbas.org/articles/c... above all else in a pursuit called Excellence.

A period of time passed in the four worlds of safe haven (we no longer remember how long) and the People became homesick. Some of them, not all, chose to return home to our world. They came in the great ships out of the north to land across Eire (Ireland) and the west coasts of Europe. This return was in the time of May 1st which is celebrated in honor of the return of Life. Many marriages occur near this day for this reason. What the Danann found upon their return was that the other survivors of the Great War had settled in various places. Among these were the Fir Bolg and Fomor. The Fir Bolg having arrived in Eire earlier were reluctant to welcome home their previous kinsmen. Discussions devolved into a summer conflict remembered as the first battle of Moytura (modern spelling) over the right to return to ones homeland. The second battle of Moytura was with the Fomor, who were survivors from the other side of the ancient Great War (World War). They still retained some technology and knowledge to use technology. They also had some members with genetic damage resulting in birth defects, from the ancient weapons that had been used in the Great War. The Fomor were hostiles and to keep the ships of the Return from falling into Fomorian hands the ships had to be destroyed. This meant no going back to safe haven. They were committed to staying and the pastoral non-technological life it entailed.

When the dust-ups (conflicts at Moytura) of the Return had finally been settled the people approached the end of their first Harvest Tide and a great sorrow settled in upon them despite all their successes. To cheer themselves and to honor their accomplishments and the memory of those who had not returned, it was decided to hold festivities celebrating all of it. This included restarting all the fires in the land on Oct 31st to symbolize a fresh start and this became the recognition of the celtic New Year. In later times the fires of the land would be restarted every Samhain from the source fire at Tara, carried across the land by relay runners with torches from it to relight the hearths of communities all over Ireland. The bonfires they lit were said to be made large enough to be seen from the heavens so that the lost souls might find their home and their people once more if they ever so chose. And a great procession at Tara seeing off the runners to the outer communities was done. In much later times householders would place a candle in the window to commemorate the new year and those long lost souls who never returned, welcoming them home. Today we put a light in a carved pumpkin on our front door stoop and so very few remember the connection to the Return or the Great War.

And festive costumes of many colors are worn during the Halloween celebration. The many colors symbolize a free person...for only a free man in ancient Ireland wore 4 or more colors. Scholars, chieftains, and elected Kings wore 6 colors to identify their social status. In the medieval period the advent of Roman Christianity caused Rome to send to Ireland and the rest of the British Isles emissaries to stamp out Celtic Christianity, instituting a process and policy of stamping out the old culture (the culture based on Nature and her laws (the root of Brehon Law); thus destroying a culture that interacted with the ancient Greeks in philosophical discussions on many of the subjects our Founders drew upon in the creation of the United States founding documents) and especially the celtic version of Christianity stemming from the teachings of the students of Jesu's apostles in 1st & second century near Valencia Island and later in the Culdean communities near Caisel & Fermoy. After spending a good chunk of Christmas Eve on Twitter, we stoked the engines on the snowmobile and spent the afternoon blowing the old fuel out of the carburetor at high speed across the pasture. My comment: I do know of one prominent researcher in the UFO community who is the owner of a very active and well-known UFO/ET/New Age forum who constantly negates any accusations that he's a Scientologist even though he is still a Scientologist but is a member of a Scientology break-off org. instead.

My impression is that some former members of the main Scientology org. no longer call themselves "Scientologists" after they've left that church and moved on to the Scientology break-off org. which is the same as the original org (in that they follow the same tenants taught by Ron Hubbard) but operates under a different leadership.

Is it like this with Al Puthoff too?

They don't want anyone associating them with the main Scientology church hence why they will negate any 'accusation' that they are Scientologists or for that matter, even call themselves 'Scientologists'. But the reality is, they are still that (at least in my humble opinion) regardless that they've switched over to another Scientology org that's a break-off from the original church.

note: Am not bashing the teachings of Ron Hubbard in my above comment. I personally find his material fascinating.
