Who's Disclosure is Disclosure?

Sun Apr 14, 2019 2:16 am by Cyrellys

The narrative war is in full swing. When there's a 100 different competing narratives, how is it possible to discern a disclosure?

Is it akin to which truth is Truth?

Why are we here? - Page 4 Empty Why are we here?

Post by dan Wed Nov 15, 2023 6:56 pm

    First topic message reminder :

(This topic is a continuation of Personalism 102).

Why is there something rather than nothing?

Looking at it statistically, the likelihood of nothing is minuscule compared likelihood of anything.

However, from the perspective of modern cosmology, the Anthropic Principle tells that universes with observers are extremely rare.

But, by whose say so, can an unobservable universe be said to exist?

A related question is what constitutes an observer?

What if any role might sapience play in the act of observation?
    ………

But this first post is a header post…….. so I will continue in the following post…….

Why are we here? - Page 4 Empty Re: Why are we here?

Post by dan Sun Dec 24, 2023 10:21 am

Truth has to do with coherence.

    Coherence is necessarily inter-subjective.

    Subjects are synonymous with persons.

Coherence is only applicable in the context of sapience…… which implies holism.

Truth has to do with the relativity of existence.

    To exist is to relate.

Love is the ground of relativity…… of coherence.

Love is grounded in the relation between mother and child.

    Personhood is so grounded.

    Then there is the Logos.

The Logos emerges from the Logos Spermatikos…… or the seminal word.

    This is how meaning emerges.

Meaning is something that a person can feel.

We can feel hate and fear.

We can feel pain and suffering.

We endure pain and suffering in the pursuit of love.

    So do dogs.

    So do most social animals.

The bond between dog and master can evince a degree of transcendence.

    Does this diminish personhood?

Well, the notion of becoming one with the One potentially can transcend all other bonds.

It would seem that the bond with the jguy had an unprecedented role in history……. once upon a time.

On some accounts it gave rise to modernism and secular humanism.

Academia loves nothing more than to dismiss this impact.

The dismissal has become synonymous with nihilism/reductionism/atomism.

My suspicion is that nihilism has run its course.

This suspicion is grounded in the unreasonable effectiveness of mathematics (UEM).

    Mathematics emerges from the Logos.

    But is it not objective?

    Do not computers do mathematics?

    Will not ChatGPT do mathematics?

At present, this is an open question.

Mathematicians are reputed to feel Truth and Beauty.

    Can computers feel?

Also open……. in the minds of some.

    Do atoms feel?

Well, atoms do have a microcosmic aspect.

That aspect is one of cosmic entanglement……. entanglement that necessarily includes a (sapient?) observer.

Computers function rather well without an observer…… at least not in real time.

Mathematics, beyond finite arithmetic, is necessarily irreducible.

    Personalism is necessarily eschatological.

10^10 persons is definitely pushing the bounds.

10^11 would be a definite overshoot.

10^10 is pushing the bounds of any conceivable narrative….. especially of the best possible narrative.

This is stated without considering the optimal size of the Earth.

About the Earth, we might wonder why so much land had to be consigned to desert 🏜️.

I can suggest that there are various trade offs involved around the physics of precipitation.

This would be a good PhD thesis for a few hundred folks.

I could only caution that our remaining time is liable to limit such endeavors.

We will have all of Eternity to second guess our co-Creation.

And do keep in mind that there have been those who have been turned away.

What would be the ontological status of such a one?

After all, there is only one of us, despite all appearances to the contrary.

What would be the feelings of someone left in line?

When all is done and said, sub specie aeternitatis, my hunch is that would only be an academic question.
    ………

It may be that Disclosure/Revelation will be left on the cutting room floor, when the Endtimes roll around.

Well, our journey back to the One is liable to be one more or less lengthy exposition of such.  An Endtimes Revelation would be something of a plot spoiler.

Talk about being left behind……. wandering in Limbo Land, or the Hive.

Or waiting in line to have a beer 🍻 with the One.

I’m suspecting that those trials will not be as burdensome as our mundane versions.

Keep in mind that time will become increasingly non-linear……. after our close encounter with the Eschaton/Omega……. as we complete our ‘elliptical orbit’, back to the Alpha…… and we know the place for the first time.

Whatever is the opposite of MPD/Schizophrenia will be the order of the day.

Atman = Brahman is how the Hindus get their heads around around the denouement.

The puzzle 🧩 pieces will fall into place.

Then will we turn our attention to the manufacture of virtual worlds?

It’s likely that we’ve already done most of that time…… as our teleological homework.

Eternity just takes care of itself?

    How boring is that?

Then there is the ancient curse……. may we live in interesting times.

After 10^10 lifetimes of the Endtimes, we still maintain much of our naïveté.

Even chicken little 🐣 has more than a few questions.

But, as they say in physics, asking the right question is often more important than getting the right answer.
    ………..

If I were choreographing the Eschaton, I think I’d have the Sun blink before turning it off, or opening the portals.

Or, perhaps, there could a public opening of one portal.

Neither of those events might be possible, outside of a globally prearranged sequence.

Perhaps it would only be possible to have a star blink, or to have a massive ufo type of phenomenon.

The intelligence Agencies might already have agreed to a prearranged response.

The socio-economic response would be difficult to calibrate in advance.

Quite likely, the response could not be contained.

Things would tend to spiral out of control.

Yes, these results may have already been remote viewed, but leaving little recourse.

It might be possible to make educated guesses as to the threshold for containable reactions.

One could then play with those thresholds…….. all to optimize the Eschaton……. all to facilitate and moderate the reaction to the portals.
    ……….

One might have to wonder about Mossad.

Mossad might be focused on hanging on to the Katechon.

Mossad and Hamas simply got their wires crossed.

    Same with the KGB.

Israel has been put on notice.

Where is Netanyahu in the greater scheme?

Ali Khamenei and the Houthis, etc…… just what game are they playing?

Netanyahu does seem to be taking his cues.

What is the threshold for a nuclear response?

One might hope that the nukes are out of bounds.

chick 🐣 is keeping his little head down.

Why are we here? - Page 4 Empty Re: Why are we here?

Post by dan Thu Dec 28, 2023 8:09 pm

    Several new topics have surfaced…..

The principal one of which is the abbreviated life span of the New Atheism.

A person in the middle of that upset is Ayaan Hirsi Ali.

She transformed from from Muslim to Atheist shortly after 9/11.

Here is an article…… https://nymag.com/intelligencer/2023/11/ayaan-hirsi-alis-political-conversion.html that describes her conversion to Christianity very recently………
Why convert now? Hirsi Ali would have you believe it’s because the war is upon us. I have other theories. While I am in no position to question the authenticity of her conversion, a star needs a vehicle, and New Atheism is in terminal decline, no longer fit for purpose. The movement has devoured itself, trading whatever intellectual integrity it once possessed for culture-war dogmas.
Rather recently New Atheism was going strongly with the Four Horsemen.

This sudden, recent decline is only now coming to my attention.

Too much of its attention was being squandered on celebrities.

My first guess is that Postmodernism was, intellectually, leaving atheism behind in the dust.  The celebrities were not doing their philosophical homework.
    ……..

Atheism is now being used primarily as a political tool.

Every sign is that physicalism has also lost way, never having overcome Hempel’s Dilemma

If the revival of Cartesian dualism is also consigned to the dustbin, we’re left with immaterialism.

But at that point, as eschatology raises its ugly head, the Katechon comes into its own.

At that point, rational discussion comes to a grinding halt……. on all fronts.

chick 🐣 is left in splendid isolation.

How many others are left biting their tongues?

My speculation is that silence is the better part of valor for more than a few of my fellow travelers 🧳.

The portion of employees in government agencies and organizations who are Loons, Crooks, or Worse closely follows that in the general public. USG agencies and organizations do try to filter out employees within these categories, creating a new category of "former" that has a much higher portion of Loons, Crooks, or Worse than the general public. The Worse in this category are the sources of "information" considered as profound by the Loons who are preyed up on by the Crooks. As long as there are Loons, the Crooks will use this "information" to sell books, receive speaker fees, and of course request donations, contributions, and investments. The "business" is profitable enough that the Gangsters spend years planting Crooks or recruiting Loons to keep the "information" flowing along with the cash. At the lowest level they provide entertainment for a fee. At the higher level they destroy people, organizations, civil infrastructure and national security. A case receiving considerable attention now is that of Joseph Firmage. He left US Web with an estimated net worth of $120 million. Five years after "meeting" the crooks, his net worth was transferred in its entirety. During the next phase, he raised another $30 million which he promptly transferred in its entirety. Destitute and psychologically destroyed, Mr. Firmage now resides in the Salt Lake City Jail pending transfer to a mental facility. Mr. Firmage was not "entertained" by the "information." Mr. Firmage, his family, his colleagues, and many others were destroyed by the "information." The Crooks are mostly engaged in entertainment or victimless crimes, but the Worse are engaged in full scale destruction.

Hard problems are generally outside the purview of Loons, Crooks, or Worse. Serious people work on hard problems, respecting the boundaries within which the problems are defined and contained. You have special access to some of these problems, so keep on the clear path until you reach the end. The Loons, Crooks, and Worse are distractions the can also be destructive.

One might wonder how this access was granted.
    ……….

One might also wonder how Nature comes to look so natural……. even or especially to the scientific eye.

That is the nature of the Katechon.

    It was no mean feat.

Was Nature given a mind of its own?

Human bodies are a natural wonder.

Is the Grand Canyon a greater wonder?

    I wonder.

Will we miss the Grand Canyon on the other side?

    Can we bring postcards?

I suspect that we will have plenty to occupy us.

With all Eternity, the Grand Canyon may only be on the JV’s.

I’m speaking of an inter-personal world.

Technically, it has been dubbed as Panentheism…….. all of us are contained within an inter-personal, cosmic consciousness, which is quantitatively finite, but qualitatively infinite.

Yes, we share in an inter-personal, geocentric, cosmic consciousness……. of which the appearance of Nature serves as our Katechon……. up until the portals become public.

It looks so natural because it is so natural.
It cannot be any other way in a fixed matrix.
The variable is that which operates upon the fixed matrix alternated by all the other resistances and free flows.

The fixed matrix is the crystalline solid of perfectly packed composition, then what that enables is a multi dimensional system in exactly the same location but with flows of consciousness that enables all the variant outcomes that though must conform ultimately to the base geometry that is fixed.

The variable flows will create sudden and instant alterations to the variable dimensions which are no thing other than memories sustained by relatively stable flows, when those flows meet at locations of percentage variations then just look at the outcomes that sediment layers show.

hobbit is claiming that consciousness emerges from geometry……. logic, mathematics…… and some sort of fluid dynamics.

This is hardly different from the Darwinian claim that mind emerges from chemistry 🧪.

Consciousness is then an accident of physics and/or chemistry.

Scientists and hobbits are both bedrock materialists and physicalists.

I am saying that mind emerges from Eternity….. beyond space and time.

The appearances of a physical/biological world are conjured within personhood of the cosmic consciousness/sapience…… of the Source….. of the I Am.

There comes nothing before nor after sapience.

    We, persons, are all microcosms.

STOP inventing false narratives relative to Myself.
It took Me years to come to terms with why there was NO not any movement of one aspect of universe that is detectable.

But switch intention and there is a clear variation in phase conjugate flows that travels upon the fixed.
In other words all We have been indoctrinated with is total ballocks, the planets are not spinning , it is the memory field they are within that is variable all enabled by a FIXED matrix to operate upon.

All of creation is a consequence of this and will transmute relative to the variations, there is no god or any such inventions of those who cannot fathom out the simple ( to myself ) system, thus they need a superior being to justify their own indoctrinated false premise.

    Easy, hobbit,

I agree with you about no God.

    There are only persons.

Yes, some of your intuitions are correct.

The Best Possible World is eternally fixed.

It is the only possible world.

But then you say that mathematics and logic have precedence over persons.

And then you have a secret 🤫 sauce that somehow partakes of consciousness.

Consciousness is the eternal, but variable relative to the complex system of fields within fields .
At our tiny scale We observe the yearly cycle of solstice and equinoxes, but these are subject to larger scale variations in a duality of spin eternal chase , again We can observe this with galaxy, but I can observe this at my scale, as above so below.
The balance if constant would give rise to the garden of Eden with the exact mixture of Northern hemisphere spin coupled with Southern hemisphere opposite spin centred into the heart centre where it reverses ( black hole)

The implosion over outrush is called gravity and equates to the local rate of variation called time.

My senses are on high alert presently with regards to the 12500 year cycle of solstice and equinox of a much larger scale field that this planet is within.

It will do exactly the self same as our yearly cycle but on a larger scale, and will alternate between implosion overload or outrush overload resulting in surface area flood or scorching.

The planet is full of water and it will rise to the surface area as the pressure alters relative to a drop in implosion or descend into the planet as an implosion rise occurs.

Either way it will be highly dangerous and lead to mass death of all life forms with resultant transmutations arising after this.

We are here right now to deal with this if it is recognised and planned out correctly ( build an ark)

The most significant problem is that there is no place for persons to fit into your scheme.

The biggest problem in philosophy is why is there something rather than nothing?

John Wheeler has famously posited that the only real phenomenon is the observed phenomenon.

To those who posit a Multiverse, we can simply question the existence of unobserable universes.

I doubt that such a thought ever occurred to you.

You speak about a balance of nature, but you appear totally oblivious to the exceedingly fine tuning that underlies the Anthropic Principle.

hobbit, you appear to be innocent of all physics, yet you insist on having a running commentary on physics.

This particular forum is mostly about metaphysics…. of which you are doubly innocent.

I ask that you attend to your dowsing…… I beg that of you, hobbit.

All of philosophy starts with the question 🙋‍…….. why is there something rather than nothing?

And then we have to ask what it means to exist?

Astronomers show no qualms about this question.

The sky is filled with stars……. we observe them.

We have no reason to suppose that, if we annihilated ourselves, the stars would not go on shining, just as they did before we arrived on the scene 🎬.

In the backs of our heads we posit other observers or some sort of omniscience.

But, yes, we certainly do expect to find other observers.

It would be embarrassing 😳 if we did not.

It would certainly put us on the spot…..  cosmologically speaking.

    That would not do!

The scientific Establishment is determined to keep us in our place…… down on the farm and in our cubicles……. deathly afraid 😱 that AI is going to take away our jobs.

We are just average folks on an average planet in an average galaxy.

    But let’s think about that…….
    ………..

One of the most serious crises that any one of us can have is an existential crisis…….. where life loses all meaning.

Modernism has precipitated just such a situation for us……. where we understand our selves as being lost in space and time.

Well, at least, we have each other to hang onto.

But there are certainly times when our personal lifeline can seem frayed, indeed!

I am blessed with not having My personal consciousness field filled with false indoctrinated anything.

You Dan are constantly telling Me to clear off, ever wondered why?

    Your ego is threatened.

Your ego is the combined information contained within that field, and it is determined to be correct.
You are acting self same as religious fanatics demanding adherence to their belief or clear off or ultimately be killed off.

Been clear of false indoctrinations and simply observing nature using all our senses enables a clear vision of what is actually true.

    hobbit,

I’m afraid that you just haven’t done your homework.

That is the number two issue.

The number one issue is that you discount personhood.

Yes, you are putting all your marbles on Nature.

This is the definition of modernism.

This where you are brainwashed by your own culture.

You seem to have no clue about paradigm shifts.

    Trust me, hobbit, shifts happen!

Right up there with personhood, you have tossed all spiritual traditions into the dustbin.

Hey, folks, here we have our thoroughly modern hobbit.

hobbit, I’ve done much more homework on modernism than you can even imagine.

I’m rather well versed in its strengths and weaknesses.

Its basic weakness is that it takes a very siloed approach to the Truth.

The silo approach allows professionalism to run rampant.

Every professional has their own little niche, especially in academia.

chick 🐣, however, adheres to the coherence theory of Truth (CohTT).

I’m a holist/monist from the git go…… particularly with regard to persons.

We are microcosms…… each and every one of us.

However, Truth is something interpersonal and transpersonal.

Modernism is something like Gulliver and the Lilliputians……..

The professional Lilliputians have Truth thoroughly hogtied…… and cut into little pieces.

This becomes the correspondence theory of Truth (CorTT)…… also variously known as reductionism, atomism, digitalism, etc…….

Such was the case when material progress and capitalism were all the rage……. for most of the last two centuries, at the least.
    ……….

With modernism, we had a shared vision of unlimited material progress.

With postmodernism, that vision has fractured and into a thousand pieces.

    What then lies ahead?

    It’s pretty simple……

Our fragmented vision is possible just as long as we share the vision of being lost in time and space.

Is the sky about to fall on our heads?

So, ok, what will happen if the sky falls?

The sky will fall when we realize that we are not lost in time and space.

The sky will fall when we realize that there is no one out there.

This is already happening to the extent that the ETH is being replaced by the IDH/UTH.

Another aspect of the sky falling will be the portals opening, which is another way to understand encounter phenomena and other paranormal phenomena.

The night sky is a carefully crafted background to our mundane Metanarrative…… along with the geology and paleontology.

Yes, this crafting has taken place teleologically, sub specie aeternitatis, as they say.

Yes, who is going to hold up the sky for us…….. chick 🐣?

Can we just do it by ourselves, if there are no ETs?

Elon Musk is certainly trying……… pouring billions into space.

    Elon can colonize Mars.

    Won’t that do it?

Well, it might be like OceanGate attempting to colonize the Titanic.

A great place to visit, but you wouldn’t want to live there.

And, what if the Moon 🌝 had been made of green cheese 🧀?

Or why was it so dusty?
    ………..

What’s the difference between a star or planet that is eight light minutes from us and one that is eight billion light years from us?

Science says there is no difference.

I’m not sure that I agree.

Both stars can go supernova.  Yes?

    I’m not so sure.

We are talking about two different worlds.

One has no center….. the other is geocentric.
    ……….

Yes, sure, there are supernovae in distant galaxies.

But that doesn’t mean that there is photosynthesis in distant galaxies.

    Why the heck not?

First of all, I don’t believe in the objectivity of photosynthesis.

I believe in the entanglement of photosynthesis.

    We dreamed up biochemistry.

Many folks dream of biochemistry in distant galaxies.

They dream of life in distant galaxies.

    Life is for the living.

Life is the epitome of entanglement.

There is an anthropocentricity of entanglement on the Earth.

Darwinism is just the denial of that entanglement.

In other words, life comes from the mind……. mind over matter.

    It’s that simple.

Scientists have complicated that simple fact to the nth degree.

We get the internet 🛜 as a result……. and now we have entanglement…….. to the nth degree…… as we head into the Telos/Omega…….. we become one with the One…… cosmic love finally manifests…….. comes into its own.

    Is that complicated?
    …………

I’m reminded of Craig Dilworth…… Craig wrote the book on Simplicity, which I still have, but barely cracked it.

    A Meta-Metaphysics he calls it.

He visited over here from Sweden, and we were introduced by Sam Hopkins.  We spent several days, and I tried to explain the BPWH.

    He got very drunk.

I think that Craig may still be around. I need to check back with Sam.

Sam got on to him about his book……. Too Smart for Our Own Good.

And Sam may have visited him in Sweden.

I have spent some time reviewing Craig’s Simplicity.

I hadn’t looked at it for almost a decade.

It is much more of an academic work, than what I was hoping for.

He spends more time talking about philosophy than doing philosophy.

He is more concerned with simplicity than with the simple.

He is concerned with simplicity as a perspective and a method.

He is concerned with the epistemology rather than the ontology.

Parmenides gets a mention, but it is mostly in passing.

He does devote a chapter to Buddhism, which I find helpful.

But there is almost no mention of the prophetic tradition.
    …………

I see a very considerable ontological difference between the Sun and the stars.

This difference has to do with our much greater entanglement with the Sun.

This entanglement has to do with the abundance of life on Earth.

I don’t believe there is life elsewhere.

Life emerged here from our aboriginal Dreamtime.

However, this was mainly a teleological emergence.

Life and the Sun were co-dependently arising.

The I Am/We Are preceded all else, logically.

    Creator and Creation are co-dependent.

The night sky was a mere backdrop until science breathed life/ontology into it.

The Moon, of course, had its own entanglements.
    ………

The big problem for the immaterialist is to explain the provenance of metabolism.

We could talk about the provenance of Pok-a-Tok or the Garden of Eden.

On the other side, we are liable to re-experience such venues as we return to being one with the One.

Our metabolic attributes will fade away, more or less abruptly……. our attention will definitely be refocused……. as we follow the light.

But let’s see now……… talk about imaginary playmates and the logos spermatikos……. Athena sprang from the forehead of Zeus….. fully grown and with a full set of armor.

That must have been some headache!

We are looking for some conceptual intermediation.

So, where did our gender dynamics come from…… if not from the birds 🦢 and the bees 🐝?

What is the Just-So story of gestation?

How do we flesh out our ideas?

We’re looking for the Mother of all entanglements……. sex & death!

Today PP earned a Dollar on his Tree when he made an interesting reference to a very old an unofficial study by a group of defense contractors.
