No plans have been set for the Happer appointment.  A couple of days ago there was a mention of 8 days.  

Would an endorsement by chicken little be the kiss of death for bill?  

It might be, but life is full of risks.  His enemies might rather have him where they can see him.  God’s little chilluns are better seen than heard.  I’ve advised that he should not speak to strangers ....... stranger..... danger.

It doesn't make any difference who Trumpy appoints as science director because he's going to be resigning from office anyway. And that could very well happen sooner than we think. Pence will then appoint a Christian Fundamentalist creationist to replace anyone Trump hires for it.

The good news though is that Fundies want to rush on Armageddon and since the NYT's article was published on Dec. 16th, there's been a huge interest in the Nephilim by that demographic. All of them are talking about it. The male patriarchy that controls that group, and those male elders on down the food chain, may push for more UFO disclosure because of their view that The Nephilim is connected to that phenomenon.

Most of my family are Fundies now and they've been so since the 80's. I also have a brother-in-law who's the Pastor of a Fundamentalist/Evangelistic church. So this has given me a front row seat view on what's happening now on the local front at this time with that demographic on the issue of UFOs, that NYT's article... and their reaction to it.
