Where did all the Open Minds Forum members go?

With Open Minds Forum restored now for almost half a year at it's new location with forumotion.com we can now turn to look at reaching out to OMF's original members who have not yet returned home. OMF's original membership was over 6,000 members strong, prior to the proboards suspension, according to the rolls of the time. We can probably safely assume that some of those accounts were unidentified socks. If we were to assume a reasonable guess of maybe as many as 30% possible sock accounts then that would leave potentially somewhere between 4800 to 4900 possible real members to locate. That is still a substantial number of people.
Who were all these people? Some were average individuals with common interests in ufology, exopolitics, globalism, corruption, earthchanges, science and technology, and a variety of other interests. Some just enjoyed being part of a vibrant and unusually interesting community. Others were representative of various insider groups participating in observation and outreach projects, while still others were bonafide intelligence community personnel. All with stake in the hunt for truth in one fashion or another. Some in support of truth, and communication. Others seeking real disclosure and forms of proof. And others highly skeptical of anything or limited subjects. The smallest division of membership being wholly anti-disclosure oriented.
So where did these members vanish to? They had many options. There are almost innumerable other forums out there on the topics of UFO's or Exopolitics, the Unexplained, and Conspiracy Theory. Did they disappear into the world-wide network of forum inhabitants? Did some go find new homes on chatrooms or individual blogs? Did they participate in ufo conventions or other public events and gatherings? How about those who represented groups in special access? Or IC and military observers? Those with academic affiliations? Where did they all go and what would be the best way to reach out and extend an invitation to return?
And what constitutes a situation deserving of their time and participation? Is the archive enough? How exactly do people within the paradigm most desire to define a community? Is it amenities, humanity or simply population size for exposure? Most of the special guests have been emailed and have expressed that population size for exposure is what most motivates them. But not all. Long-time member Dan Smith has other priorities and values motivating his participation. Should this open opportunities for unattached junior guests who have experience and dialog to contribute to the world? How best to make use of OMF's time, experience and resources?
Many skeptics would like to see the historical guardian of discourse opportunity to just up and disappear; go into permanent stasis. They think that not everyone has a right to speak about their experiences and if there is no proof involved then there can philosophically be no value to discourse. I personally would respectfully disagree with them. Discourse has always been the prelude to meaningful relationships and meaningful mutual relationships have always been the prelude to exchanges of proof. In a contentious social environment with regards to communication vs disclosure how do we best re-establish a haven for those preludes? Is it only the "if we build it they will come" answer? Well considering OMF has been largely fully functional over the last four or five months this line of reasoning is not necessarily true. So what would be the best way re-establish this? Your suggestions are sought. Please comment.

I Just felt it was noteworthy and illustrated that even Majestic things are returned to humility, eventually.
For some time I have been trying to rationalize a particular question regarding the enigma. That question, dipped in Majic oftentimes, cannot warrant a concise answer from those closest to the philosophers stone on most occasions. One can only logically assume that the intended answer needs more conceptualization beyond its initial premise. And so, I will think this out, in the public domain.
The question that I posed on this forum, embedded within two decades of Dan Smiths personal crusade for understanding, was simple. If the phenomenon be based in reality, especially regarding those which Majestic does clings to, “Who are 'They' to trust?” We have contingents of thought permeating discussions suggesting that droning them out of existence be a method of consideration. Nothing like a little 'man in the middle' attack? Can you imagine the disparity of options one of those individuals with the fingers of phenomenology is left with? Should they be an island unto the self or engage? Both sides are attributed with being takers without asking, and let us be honest, you can't study what you cannot observe. Right? Dr Jekyll(s) – or should I say, Howard, do try to go easy on those poor souls despite it being your bread an butter. I really don't believe drones will be dropping missiles decorated with poo-bears bearing teeth and claw anytime soon.
So here I sit, pondering about a great many things. The enigma has given them many names: Abductees, Contactees, Experiencers, Nephilim, by-products of mind control, and even possibly sanctioned foreign exchange students of the Cosmic-kind. For every one that speaks out about their experiences, how many more have chosen to remain silent in a state of awareness not only spread about the land of questionable Liberty, but elsewhere. I suspect all those above definitions do have some basis of truth attached to it depending on the perspective one might view it from. Is it odd that those individuals seem to be working to fix what is/was broken in Eden and are for the most part peacefully inclined? Most of the world knows that we must change as a society in so many ways. The trick is finding the change needed we can 'mostly' agree on before its too late without the smoking muskets so historically commonplace within our histories.
Some might think I am directly speaking out to certain groups of people here, I am not, but that may be the point. I do not feel my opinions hold any great weight in the overall scheme of thought surrounding this frustratingly odd wunderland. Perspective really is everything after all, isn’t it? I want to ask Majic to do me a favor if at all possible. Please double check the Desert Storm Syndrome DNA database, if it still exists, I have some cells there you can peek at or stop by for a 'little' punch-needle biopsy action. Of course, I am only suggesting this is dry humor, but you likely get the inference.

The Founders were well aware this is NOT A CLOSED SYSTEM! The term "man" is very encompassing. We can easily substitute "Being". Each endowed with NATURAL RIGHTS. These supercede all religion but not the Creative Source/God for they are the gifts of the Creative Source/God. Those who stand to support what the Founders built are supporting the Third Option. It is an option that seeks universal balance and a natural harmony. Each Being with in are equals to their peers. The shell is inconsequential.
This is what the Sword of the Soul stands guard over. This is what the West will rise to protect if tyranny falls upon us. Embrace of this option by the SYSTEM & the SYSTEM LORDS is being argued over as we ponder MD's question. What they choose will become their stamp of nature. And if they choose the Third Option, there will be a great deal of structure dismantling to be done to ensure the return of respect to ALL Being's natural rights.

This morning I entered the gas station to top off the tank. Upon reaching the counter I notice that the young lady working the counter had a 'manager' badge pinned to her issued sweatshirt. Before I began the transaction I had to ask her a question:
ME: " Please forgive me ahead of time, but I have to ask. Do you feel a bit upside down today?"
I was grinning as I noticed her managers badge was flipped upside down. This apparently was already a joke betwen her and the coworker stocking shelves as they both grinned.
She replies: "You know, since you are being rather whimsical, I am sure there is some quote from Alice in Wonderland that would be appropriate right now, but I can't think of one fast enough."
Me - laughing: "No need! I already have a few in mind, but your reply was even more appropriate!"
I was dwelling on many 111's today and curiously enough, a truck passes me near dinnertime. The plates read, "1Jason"? Had to chuckle a bit. Life can be so curious!

How long does it generally take? Years? Lifetimes? I suppose it all depends on what exactly it is that you are looking for. Each one of us, intrinsically differentiated, peering out into the world trying to wrestle our dreams of prosperity away from the world. Take, take, take. Even minds, or rather consciousness, are a commodity these days, coveted by unscrupulous individuals, who remain insulated from Earthly reproach. It is a fair argument to claim that hyper intelligence quotients does not make one wise by default? Look around the world – is this IQ's revelation?
What about the revelation of, The Others?
So many decades have passed. Good soldiers have taken to grave their gifts of knowledge, that of Truth, of this worlds awakening and left us with the same graven images we have always known. Images, stamped on paper or coin with the faces of men, who claimed to lead by principle and feared not death. I wonder who is appointed our current ambassador, regarding the Others?
Was it a military appointment? Civilian? Have all communications been severed? Which leads me to also question the common practice of presidents having the privilege to appoint ambassadors to others nations - even those that may have aided him by generous donation, or rather a purchase of potential power and influence? Seems on the up and up, at least with lawyers? Impartiality should naturally be a primary trait of ambassadorships, idealistically.
Don't misconstrue my mental jousting here as judgments placed. I am only trying to rationalize, in mundane form why must these counter-intuitive behaviors persist, if we be such an Honorable and God fearing nation in regards to the Visitors. “In the know” apparently makes mice out of men – these days. How about, 'Knowing more In” as in knowing yourself and what should be right. People CAN handle the truth that the 1940-50's where incapable of.
The POTUS won't tell the public.
The Military won't tell the public.
The politicians won't tell the public.
And Maji – apparently are quite comfortable with disrepair their decisions are still causing, despite being 'well funded'. Why does each group persist in this manner?

Fear in dissolving systems of governance, which they are a part of – self preservation?

Trust you say? Yes, that was the question I raised also. Trust within this enigma does walk on rather short legs, does it not? You do not find trust – the bridge building type – within actions unbecoming directed at it. Don't take this the wrong way, but even those trying to find the trustworthy via digital voyeurism bears its stains, unresolvable? Those impressions are hard to erase - just as anyone witnessing a Jersey Devil peering through their window late at night where there once stood a man. It's not easy to forget, especially if you once said a prayer for it, a windy night long ago for its safety.
Yet, this all leads right back to a group, Majical Stones if you will, that play with the idea of trust and how it relates to time or the perfect moment to speak out as if they would know when that time actually arrived. Surely it can be said, they are not all inherently Evil men, but it is quite easy to say they are fearful of a great many things. How many of them have a yay/nay in the matter related to Disclosure? How many can be moved?
Endowments of large intellects associated with the enigma have lead certain individuals to great places and for noble causes no doubt, only to realize that intellect no longer intersects with what many would call a soul. They have allowed themselves to become hard and unkind while participating the revolution of a world awakening from a perpetual slumber. The Stones give us gadgets to numb our minds from underground lairs while above, the Earth rots beneath our feet without the spiritual maturity to find the balance required because it is hidden from those that need it most; those doing the damage. Revelation Matters! Spiritual Crossroads Are Significant! Education is Essential!
Plato opines: “"We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light."
Truth, knowledge, wisdom, and experience are all forms of illumination that Plato was probably hinting towards. It is such 'processes' by which must occur to 'become' something entirely different than what we are today in our mindsets. It is impossible for anyone to just 'arrive' at that spot of realization. Generally we all must 'evolve' towards, into, and through that process. It has been suggested that our thoughts create our reality. This is likely true. What information is put in will likely manifest outwardly into the world around us. Look around – then, Look within.
Dan, no offense, but you/some of your friends look for connection to the Logos while being the most disconnected from it. They hide, feigning truth with untruths while seeking connections to its greater meanings. Is there disconnect with this methodology of hiding truth, while seeking it? You will never find that connection until the world knows 'the reality'. Is that the curse of intellectualism, to know through dissertation and memorization, yet so unable to know without knowing?
Peering back in time to the point of the coverup, gripped by fear and uncertainty leads me to this point:
Where would we be today – now fifty years removed from the initial revelation of the visitors – if society had an opportunity to muddle through the initial shock? Could we have altered who we are, how we think, and behave? Are destiny's set are can they be altered if 'given enough information' to alter course?! Surely if the Visitors saw our fate wrapped in planetary overpopulation they also believe 'education does matter' because they felt it pertinent to implore us in that direction by educating the powers. Even 'they' believe education matters, apparently. Is this wisdom so hard to hear? Instead of educating 'the' world as to this deficient nature of behavior - they chose the technology route instead and a wall of silence. Counter intuitive!? Did we just waste fifty years to fear? Is it a fear, warranted?

Imagine for a moment – this reality, or pretend its true momentarily.
Two young individuals in red jumpsuits a bit different from us on a ship (of your choice) being taught a child’s game from Terra-firma. After you explain the rules to 'rock, paper, scissors' you watch in dismay as those two continually lay the same hand down repeatedly. So, just to be sure they understood the instructions, you explain again the goal is to lay an opposite hand to win, only to watch as they lay the same hand out repeatedly. Apparently they don't get it, or do they?
Initially, one would have to assume they do not understand unless one came to the conclusion quite later that they know each others minds. They cannot beat each other because they cannot cheat each other. Separated by distance and with their backs turned, they still lay the same hand out. One has to laugh at this being played out considering they are to be the more enlightened ones, technologically speaking, of course. Why would it be so hard from them to win at a child’s game? Perhaps, because they were never taught deception or that it is impossible not to know the connections intent?
