I want to share with all of you a recent development in case you had not heard and where I stand on it.

See my attempt at advising POTUS to "walk back" his statements described in the forward below via direct posts at Twitter under the account @mindmixradio.  I left it with some self described as "Agent" who I've never met or spoken with before, yet who instantly responded to the tweets -- that Trump has a 24 hour window to retract his lip-service for the new Red Flag Laws aka "Extreme Risk Protection Orders".  I gave constructive suggestions for alternative action which does NOT affect law or cause gun confiscation actions in violation of the 2A of the US Constitution.  It's a series of tweets you may see on Twitter @mindmixradio  The 2nd Amendment is not negotiable.  Paying lip-service to gun confiscation, red-flag laws, and associated, is aiding and abetting in the corruption's nation-state deconstruction treason.  The sole respondent described his actions as "playing the game".  I cannot conscientiously continue to support him until he publishes retractions.

In the event he does NOT retract (I described it initially in diplomatic terms as "walk it back", I will publicly call for an alternative choice for 2020 POTUS, support conservatives in a formal expulsion of DC from the Union as I've suggested as an alternative to breaking up the Union; and if necessary due to the continual violation of the national Constitutional Contract (implied or literal depending on how you look at it) will support Montana's withdrawal from the Union if it should choose to do so on those grounds.  The 24 hour response window for POTUS per my attempts at dialog for redress of grievances is midnight tomorrow.  This is more than fair given the current circumstances.  I will NOT be responding to anyone at Twitter other than potentially POTUS if he were to respond with opening to talk, on social media during this 24 hour period.  Anyone who wishes to reach me, may do so via email.  I'm just going to sit back and watch tomorrow unless a response occurs.

Here is where I currently stand on this.  If our representative cannot represent us, then any thus corrupted version of MAGA does not represent us, and does not deserve our continued participation.  If this is so, at this point in time, our futures would be better served seeking a different future.  I for one would support the Redoubt here in MT to go fully public and establishing some 10 mile acre reserve for a future federal govt/congress etc.  If our Congress is not Constitutional and our POTUS becomes proven un-Constitutional via say supporting unconstitutional actions/laws, then DC is no longer salvageable.  I would support an assembly of a civilian court to review all available evidence and confirm if this is true or not, to the public.  I will acknowledge it to be needed and potentially the case in the event he fails due diligence in the appointed fair time frame.  We may then privately discuss alternatives for he has joined the other side in conducting war upon the American People weaponizing law & order.  I am prepared to take Manticore Group, even Open Minds Forum and Mind Mix Radio, if appropriate, dark until an alternative is agreed upon; going so far as to strip all content from the internet if deemed necessary.  Food for thought.

Day after tomorrow I'd like to hear from each of you as to your thoughts and feelings about the whole thing.  I will share if I get a response but Trump is notorious for not replying to his supporters and is equally notorious for neglecting the Liberty Community v1.0 pre Q.  We and the Constitution are not a wet kitchen towel to play games with snapping it all around to tease the traitors in the landscape.  It disrespects the Founders, and all those at the Founding who had lost their lives in the Revolutionary War, and all those since who gave their lives to hold the line in subsequent wars and policing on American soil.  His behavior with regard to the 2A and the Traitors MK Ultra shootings is not 4-D Chess.  It's an affront to the firm resolve of reasonable men and the respect due all those who came and fought this war before him, and continue to do so now.

Many thought the war on the Second Amendment was “over” when Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton.

Now we are shocked and saddened by President Trump’s remarks from earlier today that he is personally calling for “Red Flag” gun confiscation laws.

Here’s exactly what Trump said:
“I have called for Red Flag laws, also known as ‘Extreme Risk Protection Orders.’”¹
By definition, “Red Flag” laws allow SWAT teams to burst into your house with orders to seize your firearms without due process, all based on nothing more than anonymous accusations.

Last year, a 62-year-old man was shot and killed in his own home in a Baltimore, MD suburb when police knocked down his door at 5:02 am.

The Republican surrender-monkeys in the U.S. Senate have already proposed this same “Red Flag” law, federally.

Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Marco Rubio (R-FL) are working hand-in-hand with Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) to pass a “Red Flag” gun confiscation law similar to that of Maryland and other states.

Now, President Trump is calling for this very legislation, nationwide.

I know, I’m sick about it, too.

That’s why I hope you’ll take a moment to call the White House at (202) 456-1111 to politely insist the President withdraw his support for “Red Flag” gun confiscation.

Then, please chip in $20 or $10 to help us stop the rush to gun control on Capitol Hill. 
 

Unfortunately, President Trump did not stop with just one gun control proposal today.

In an early morning tweet, the President also pushed for a “deal” on background checks (aka gun registration).²

The so-called “background check” legislation is the same failed proposal made by President Obama, which would not have stopped either the El Paso or Dayton shootings.

It also would BAN PRIVATE FIREARM SALES and mandate all gun sales be registered and pre-approved by the government.

President Trump further reminded us on National TV this morning that: ¹
*** HE banned “bump stocks,” and
*** HE signed the FIX-NICS gun control database into law
And just a few weeks ago, HE said he’s “seriously looking” to ban firearm suppressors.

TJ, President Trump doesn’t sound like a pro-gun President anymore.

He sounds more like Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and the gaggle of Democrat presidential hopefuls who are also demanding more gun control.

And Trump’s call for full-on “Red Flag” gun confiscation and gun registration throws the doors wide open for the anti-gun zealots to push even more garbage like bans on accessories, magazines, and even the so-called “assault weapons” ban.

If this ill-advised behavior of abandoning gun owners continues, I’m afraid the consequences will be dire.

Not only is gun control an infringement on the Second Amendment, it’s a good way to LOSE the White House in 2020.

And that’s why President Trump needs to hear from you.

Call the White House at (202) 456-1111 to politely insist the President withdraw his support for gun control.

Making matters worse, the NRA issued a statement “welcoming” the President’s bad ideas, instead of condemning “Red Flag” gun confiscation.

That means YOU and I are freedom’s last line of defense. No one else is going to step up.

Pelosi and Schumer are demanding Congress come back from August recess to pass gun control.

Republican Senators like Pat Toomey (R-PA) and Graham have already released statements of their own calling for these same gun control laws too.³

And TWO gun cotrol bills (H.R. 8 and H.R. 1585) have already passed the House and are before the Senate for Consideration at ANY time.

So that means it’s up to us again.

Here’s what you can do to help stop this rush to gun control.
