Ran across something today that infuriated me to no end.

As far as I'm concerned such a proclamation is an act of war.  And I got a three-word war cry for any man with so little respect for women as to make jokes like that:

REMEMBER LORENA BOBBIT!!

and an admonition that says, if woman is to go and sin no more then she is required to remember that next time SHE MUST EMPLOY THE THOROUGH USE OF A BLENDER!

You men out there, if you don't like MY LITTLE SATIRE (which is clearly labeled for the moment) then police your own; I'd suggest employing liberal use of a bar of your most stringent soap in the mouth of the author.

A two-decades-old battle between a Nevada rancher and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has resulted in officials armed with machine guns surrounding the ranch and forcibly removing the owner’s cattle, according to the rancher’s family.
Cliven Bundy, the last rancher in Clark County, Nev., has been fighting a “one-man range war” since 1993, when he decided to take a stand against the agency, refusing to pay fees for the right to graze on a ranch run by his family for centuries.
After years of court battles, the BLM secured a federal court order to have Bundy’s “trespass cattle” forcibly removed with heavy artillery, the family said.
“The battle’s been going on for 20 years,” Bundy told theWashington Free Beacon. “What’s happened the last two weeks, the United States government, the bureaus are getting this army together and they’re going to get their job done and they’re going to prove two things. They’re going to prove they can do it, and they’re gonna prove that they have unlimited power, and that they control the policing power over this public land. That’s what they’re trying to prove.”
Bundy said the government has brought everything but tanks and rocket launchers.

“They’re carrying the same things a soldier would,” he said. “Automatic weapons, sniper rifles, top communication, top surveillance equipment, lots of vehicles. It’s heavy soldier type equipment.”
His wife, Carol Bundy, said that roughly 200 armed agents from the BLM and FBI are stationed around their land, located about 75 miles outside of Las Vegas. Helicopters circle the premises, and the airspace and nearby roads remain blocked.
“We’re surrounded,” Carol Bundy said. “We’re estimating that there are over 200 armed BLM, FBI. We’ve got surveillance cameras at our house, they’re probably listening to me talk to you right now.”
A National Park Service spokesman denied there were armed guards rounding up the cattle in a conference call on Tuesday. However, she confirmed that there was “security” in place, citing threats to the contractors who are removing the cattle.
“Contractors are here and they are in place to round-up the cattle and to bring them to the impound area,” Christie Vanover said. “As for security, there [is] security in place, but that is merely to protect the contractors.”
“As you know, we have received threats and the contractors have received threats,” Vanover said. “Our personnel here and throughout the park service and throughout the BLM have received threats, as well. So security is in place to merely protect the contractors so that we can complete this operation.”
As of Monday, officials have seized 234 of Bundy’s 908 cattle. Impounding the cattle alone could cost the government as much as $3 million.
“They just brought a load down today,” she said. “They kind of harass us as well. When we leave they follow us.”
This afternoon eight helicopters surrounded the family after they began taking pictures, according to Bundy’s daughter, Bailey. Their son, Dave Bundy, was arrested for taking pictures on state road 170, which has been closed, and is being held by BLM.

The BLM said they took Dave Bundy into custody following his “failure to comply with multiple requests by BLM law enforcement to leave the temporary closure area on public lands.”
Carol Bundy said five officials took Dave and “threw him on the ground.”
“One put his knee on his head, the other put his boot on his head and pushed him into the gravel,” she said. “He’s got quite a bruised head. Just bruised him up pretty good.”
Environmentalists are praising the government’s forceful actions, which are being taken to protect the “desert tortoise.”
“We’re heartened and thankful that the agencies are finally living up to their stewardship duty,” said Rob Mrowka, a Nevada-based senior scientist with the Center for Biological Diversity. “The Gold Butte area has been officially designated as critical habitat for threatened tortoises—meaning the area is essential to their long-term survival as a species.”
“[Cliven] Bundy has long falsely believed that Gold Butte is his ranch,” added Terri Robertson, president of Friends of Sloan Canyon.
The BLM designated 186,909 acres of the Gold Butte off-limits for the “critical desert tortoise” population in 1998. Bundy had already lost his grazing permit five years earlier for refusing to pay fees for the land, which his family has ranched since the 1870s.
The “federal grazing fee” is $1.35 per “Animal Unit Month,” or the amount of forage needed per animal, each month. Bundy said he owes roughly $300,000 in back fees, while the BLM asserts he owes over $1 million. The BLM defended the removal because Bundy did not “voluntarily” give up his cattle.
“We’ve tried to do this through the legal and we’ve tried to do it through the political, and what we’re at right now, I guess we’re going to have to try to stand,” Cliven Bundy said. “We the people have to stand on the ground and get our state sovereignty back, and also take some liberty and freedoms back to where we have at least access to this land.”
“The story is a lot about the cattle, but the bigger story is about our loss of freedom,” Carol Bundy added. “They have come and taken over this whole corner of the county. They’ve taken over policing power, they’ve taken over our freedom, and they’re stealing cattle.”
“And our sheriff says he just doesn’t have authority, our governor says he doesn’t have authority, and we’re saying, why are we a state?”
“I’m a producer,” Cliven Bundy said. “I produce edible commodity from the desert forage, and all of these things are governed under state law. So, in other words, this type of government has eliminated all of our state law, eliminated our state sovereignty, and has took control over our public lands and even took control over our Clark County sheriff. They’ve taken the whole county over. The whole state, almost.”
“This is just about power of the government,” Carol Bundy said.
Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval (R.) voiced his concern about so-called “First Amendment Areas,” designated locations set up by the BLM where citizens can protest the removal.
“Most disturbing to me is the BLM’s establishment of a ‘First Amendment Area’ that tramples upon Nevadans’ fundamental rights under the U.S. Constitution,” he said in a statement Tuesday.
“To that end, I have advised the BLM that such conduct is offensive to me and countless others and that the ‘First Amendment Area’ should be dismantled immediately,” he said.  “No cow justifies the atmosphere of intimidation which currently exists nor the limitation of constitutional rights that are sacred to all Nevadans.  The BLM needs to reconsider its approach to this matter and act accordingly.”
Sandoval also said his office has received numerous complaints about the BLM’s conduct, including road closures and “other disturbances.”

The reason they posted snipers there was because people there threatened to shoot the BLM Rangers for removing the cattle off of BLM land. Now don’t get me wrong here I’m not standing up for the feds at all I’m just trying to put this into perspective for people that don’t know the background information that I have received from Oath Keepers that are on the inside trying to help us.
[Note from Editor: Uhm, when we say, "BLM land", what does that mean? Has the US Federal government somehow re-written the US Constitution and thereby given the Federal government something that the Constitution did not originally grant to the Federal government? I'm meaning to say, the Federal government has no authority to own lands aside from post offices, postal roads, military installations, the ten-square-mile cesspool called Washington DC, and federal offices in the several States. The BLM has no lawful, legal, or moral authority to even exist, and certainly does not have any right to "own" land. As a "management" agency, it *thinks* it has the right to "manage" lands which are not post offices, postal roads, military installations, and WDC, but that is a mistaken belief on the part of the BLM and the Federal government which spawned BLM.
We should all take pause to read the words of the Constitution, starting with Article 1, Section 8. Thanks for reading and posting here.

During those turbulent years of the 1990s, the late-great Congresswoman, Helen Chenoweth, in an interview with Michael Reagan, spoke these words:
“BLM is taking onto themselves law enforcement that is normally saved for the State, law enforcement over motor vehicles. They’ve written into the regulation without authority from Congress, the ability to stop vehicles or to search people, to search a place or a vehicle without warrant or process; to be able to seize without warrant or process any piece of evidence and to test people for potential DUI (driving under the influence). They have redefined a parachute into a mechanized piece of equipment, so if you parachute into any of their areas you can be fined $20,000 or more.
“It is amazing. Our founders, when establishing our system of government wanted to make sure that law enforcement was closest to the people. You and I have talked before about how important it is to make sure that you elect the very best local county sheriff because he should be regarded as the highest law enforcement officer in the area because he is accountable to the voters. They really worried about a national, a federal, law enforcement. To federalize our law enforcement is to create a situation that the pilgrims were trying to escape.
“We are moving quickly to that. The Bureau of land Management is taking onto themselves law enforcement authority that Congress never gave them. In the Federal Land Policy and Management Act that was passed in the early 1970’s it made it clear that Congress said that, ‘first, you must go to your local county sheriff for law enforcement activities.’”

Helen knew what she was talking about. The BLM controls over 60% of all of the land within her home State of Idaho. The BLM controls over 70% of all land in Utah; and in the State of Nevada, the BLM controls over 76% of all land.
Chenoweth was as much of a prophetess as she was an observer when she added, “Whatever [land] we have left. Right now in Idaho and I am sure all over the West, they are moving people and human activities off the land.”
Helen was also correct when she noted that the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA), which was adopted in 1976, stipulated that BLM had to go through the county sheriff for any action that required law enforcement. Nearly four decades later, the BLM (and virtually every other federal agency) totally and thoroughly ignores this requirement.
For those of us who still labor under the conviction that the U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, it must be observed that the only crimes assigned to the federal government in the Constitution for law enforcement purposes are Treason, Piracy, Counterfeiting, and International law violations. That’s it! All other law enforcement matters are the purview of the individual states, according to the Tenth Amendment.

This sheriff Gillespie and possibly the Governor should be recalled. Furthermore, these Feds should all be arrested and put in jail like any other criminal. Unbelievable that in America the citizens have armed thugs and snipers pointing rifles at them and treating them like murderers. Thank God for the actions of Rep Michele Flore, Rep Matt Shea, Stewart Rhodes, all the other American patiots for stepping in and helping to defuse this volatile situation. I wish I could be there to stand shoulder to shoulder with them and all these true American Patriots.

A Delegation of state legislators, lead by Washington State Representative Matt Shea, along with a  delegation of current serving Sheriffs, lead by Sheriff Richard Mack of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, and military and police members of Oath Keepers, are converging on the site of a stand-off between federal law enforcement and Nevada Rancher Cliven Bundy, to prevent bloodshed and to stand in defense of hardworking rural Americans who are under assault by a runaway federal government.
LAS VEGAS, NV, April 10, 2014
The Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA.org), led by retired Arizona Sheriff Richard Mack, and the Oath Keepers organization (oathkeepers.org) are assisting Washington State Representative Matt Shea in organizing a delegation of current serving Western state legislators and Sheriffs to travel to the site of a tense stand-off between Bunkerville, Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).  The delegation is traveling to Nevada to support a coalition of current serving Nevada legislators being organized by Nevada State Assemblywoman Michele Fiore, of Las Vegas, to stand vigil at the Bundy ranch to prevent Federal Government provocation of violence resulting in another Ruby Ridge or Waco type incident.  They also hope that their example of oath-sworn public servants defending the rights of the people will prompt Clark County, Nevada Sheriff Douglas Gillespie and Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval to honor their oaths of office by taking real action to defend the rights of the Bundy family, the rights of all Nevadans, and the sovereignty of the State of Nevada.
Yesterday, April 9, 2014, Nevada State Assemblywoman Michele Fiore served the first watch in this vigil shortly after Cliven Bundy’s son, Ammon Bundy, was tazered by BLM “Rangers” during a heated confrontation.  The video of that confrontation can be seen here:

The courage and resolve displayed by Ammon Bundy and his relatives is inspiring, and may well go down in history as a watershed moment – a turning of the tide.  But the above video also amply demonstrates the heavy-handed behavior of the BLM that risks escalating an already volatile situation into open bloodshed, that, once begun, may spiral out of anyone’s control.
It is necessary that current serving public servants step in-between the protesters and the BLM, to protect the rights of the people and to prevent violence against them by the militarized federal law enforcement that are massing near the ranch to continue the forced confiscation (theft) of  Bundy’s cattle, while they also restrict all access to huge tracts of public land, and attempt to restrict the free speech of protesters with their absurd “First Amendment Area” (which the protesters are ignoring, to their honor).
The Oath Keepers organization, comprised of 40,000 current serving and former military, police, and first responders, is also calling on its members and all other patriotic Americans to join the vigil at the Bundy ranch under the leadership of the current serving legislators and sheriffs.  The goal is to have at least one current serving state legislator and at least one sheriff on the ground at all times until this is over.  And they will be backed by a large number of military and police veterans, as well as dedicated patriotic Americans from all walks of life, to interpose and defend the rights of the protesters and to keep an eye on the actions of the BLM and any other federal law enforcement present, to prevent a recurrence of the horrid abuses seen at Ruby Ridge and Waco, and to hopefully pressure the Clark County Sheriff and the Nevada Governor to step up and do their constitutional duty.
Regardless, please tell everyone you know to be praying for a peaceful resolution to this situation and for the safety of the brave patriots headed there and on the ground there right now.
As Assemblywoman Fiore said yesterday during the launch of her vigil, “we are here because the Governor is not.” And she will remain there until Governor Sandoval steps up to do his job, by defending the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Nevada, as he swore to do when he took office.  And Assemblywoman Fiore will not stand alone.  Other brave public servants will honor their oaths by standing with her, and there are thousands of Americans now on their way to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with them.    Governor Sandoval did at least, finally, state the following:

But the Governor needs to take the next step and go there in person, as is his duty, and order the Nevada Highway Patrol to actively interpose and stand between the people and an out of control BLM, to make sure the BLM actually reconsiders its approach to this matter and acts accordingly.  And he needs to speak out directly on the issue of federal subversion of what were supposed to be state lands, and the intentional destruction of rural America.  Silence in the face of tyranny implies consent.   Governor Sandoval needs to be sure he is not silent.
This is not about cattle.  This is about power, and the trampling of rights.  It’s about a systemic power grab and abuse of power by the federal government as it runs roughshod over the rights of honest, hard-working rural Americans and over the rights of all the Western states.  This is not an isolated incident.  It is but the latest in a long train of abuses aimed at subjecting rural Americans to absolute despotism while destroying the property rights, economy, and independence of the rural West, in particular, and eventually wiping out all of rural America.  This is an attack on all of the West, which is why patriotic legislators and lawmen from all over the West are answering the call to defend it.
And it is not just ranching that is under attack.  It is also mining, farming, logging, fishing, oil and gas, and any other industry that uses natural resources or the land.   This is a full spectrum, frontal assault on the rural West.   Ultimately, it is about bankrupting and impoverishing independent rural Americans to bring on a planned depopulation of the West.
This is truly a range war, and it is being waged by all three branches of the federal government, including complicit federal judges who “make it legal” through their willful rulings that strip away any meaningful redress or shelter for ranchers and farmers who have worked the land for generations only to now be told that they can no longer do so because of one endangered species or another.  Entire regions of the West are being shut down and impoverished using this tactic.
In this case, the Bundy family has run cattle on that same range since 1877 and they used to have fifty-two neighboring ranchers who did the same.  Now, using the Desert Tortoise as the weapon of choice, the federal government has run all the other ranchers in Clark County, Nevada out of business, and Cliven Bundy truly is the last man standing.   And it is also about all Nevadans being “prohibited” from using their own “Public Land” and the fact that the Feds were imposing their will over the state and it’s people at gun-point.
Unless We the People begin to take a meaningful stand now, in full support of our patriotic state public servants who are willing to lead us, the domestic enemies of the Constitution will not stop until the West is a land of ghost towns, devoid of people, and we are all crammed into city slums, totally dependent and weak, with no protection of our rights, like third-world urbanized peons under the arbitrary and capricious control of corrupt dictators.  Remember the immortal words of Frederick Douglass:
Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will. Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them, and these will continue till they are resisted with either words or blows, or with both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress.
Under the Founders design, the states were to control their own land, unless, and until, the federal government purchased a particular piece of land, with the consent of the state legislature, for a fort, magazine, arsenal, dock-yard, etc.
As Article One, Section 8, Clause 17 states, Congress has the power:
To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States,and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings.

When did the Federal government purchase the millions of acres in Nevada it claims to own?   When did the legislature of Nevada ever consent to it?   Where are the forts, magazine, arsenals, dock-yards, and other needful buildings on that land?  Where in the Constitution does it say the federal government can keep 80% of a state when it is admitted into the Union?  Nowhere.  And yet the federal government totally ignores the limited powers of Article I, Section 8, Clause 17, doctrine of equal footing, whereby new states admitted to the Union were to enter it on an equal footing with the original states.  Why doesn’t Virginia have 80% of its land claimed by the federal government?   Why doesn’t Ohio?  It is only in the West that this absurdity exists (and it is not just in Nevada.  Similar abuses are seen in the rest of the West).
And now, the federal government is not even content with that.  It wants to control all of the land, and stop all beneficial use, by having complicit federal judges use the catch-all “commerce clause” to turn the Constitution on its head, inventing a general police power of Congress to regulate anything and everything, which is the basis for the entire modern regulatory leviathan that is now strangling and stomping rural America into the dust in the name of the Desert Tortoise, the Spotted Owl, the Delta Smelt (used to deny water to California farmers) and even prairie dogs (with Utah farmers who have farmed for generations told by the EPA that they could no longer till their land because it is now “prairie dog habitat”).
We must stand now, or see our children impoverished and enslaved in their own country.
As Thomas Paine said: “If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that my child may have peace.” That is a timeless truth that we must accept and embrace, lest we be cursed by future generations as cowards who sold them into slavery for the sake of our own fleeting comfort.  As Paine also said, “those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom, must, like men, undergo the fatigues of supporting it.”
It is vital that the Western States stand up now for the rights of their people and in defense of their state sovereignty.   As Thomas Jefferson and James Madison taught us in 1798, in the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions, when the federal government violates the Constitution by claiming powers never granted, it is the duty of the states – all three branches of the state, and at every level, from the Governor down to the local dog catcher – to nullify and interpose to protect the rights of the people and to defend the dual-sovereignty design of this Republic.
In contrast to Sheriff Gillespie, who is truly AWOL in his failure to defend the people of his county, there have been Nevada Sheriffs who take their oaths seriously, such as the legendary Sheriff Jones of Eureka County, Nevada and Nye County Sheriff Tony De Meo, who successfully defended rancher Wayne Hage against BLM abuse.
We wouldn’t even be in this confrontation at the Bundy Ranch if Gillespie took his oath seriously, but even without him, it is time to get it done, and with Nevada State Assemblywoman Fiore and her brave coalition of Nevada legislators leading the way, and joined by a growing coalition of staunch constitutionalist public servants from many states, we will defend the West.
We therefore call on all liberty-loving Americans who can possibly make it to Bunkerville, Nevada to join us in this vigil, NOW, in direct support of oath-keeping Western lawmakers and lawmen as they stand guard over the rights of the people and begin to push back against federal abuse.  Come take a meaningful stand, in a real fight where it counts the most – in our states.  This is far, far more important than any trip to Washington D.C. to wave signs and yell at a deaf and blind Congress, White House, or Supreme Court.  This is where the real battle is, and where you belong.  This is where you can make a real difference, and begin the restoration of the Republic, from the bottom up.

I watched the BLM Video again. I can’t help but feel the BLM left the scene not so much because of fear, but that they were high tailing it back to their headquarters to get more boots and “Firepower”. I would just like to let you folks know what the BLM has done to the wild horse herds that are protected by federal law. They have rounded up and put into dirty muddy holding pens in different states at least 40,000 of these horses and will not tell the public just where the horses are supposed to be kept. They have some gelded stallions on two or three ranches that is just for show.
They claim the horses are just fine but none of us believe anything the BLM says. These horses was given public land to live on in 1971. Since then the BLM has rounded the horses up to the point of extinction. The BLM claims that there are to many horses for the land to support but everywhere after the horses are gone there is hundreds of cattle and sheep on the horses public range. They hire a company to use a helicopter to chase them into pens and then haul them to holding pens. There have been deaths of foals and mares both in some of the roundups. In the 90s they were caught by a temp BLM director sending truck loads of federally protected wild horses to slaughter. The director tried to stop what they were were doing and they forced him out. There are numerous organizations that have been working for years trying to force the BLM to leave the horses on their rightful federal lands but they use every excuse in the book to keep doing it. There has been lawsuits filed against them but the judges always sided with the BLM lawyers. I just thought you might like to hear from some people that have seen just what the BLM is capable of doing. They have a budget of millions of tax payer dollars and this is how they spend it. When they have a round up they have armed police there to protect themselves from mostly women watching the roundup from a distance trying to photograph the horses to see how many of them get hurt. They treat the protester like they are terroist

Has anyone else noticed that the BLM (www.blm.gov) website is down. Since it was reported that the BLM had signed a contract with Noble Energy to mine weapons grade minerals on the 600,000 acres in this dispute, their website has been shut down, probably to remove the incriminating evidence. The BLM was successful in bankrupting all of Bundy’s 52 neighbor ranches, and only Bundy is blocking their access to allow Noble energy onto the land to pollute the river with mining debris. Oh, BTW, the contract is a $1 BILLION dollar contract, so a simple $3 million dollars for a roundup is just pocket change, after all it’s just your tax dollars at work for you…
This dispute has absolutely nothing to do with grazing rights or the poor desert tortoise that the BLM has decimated by slaughtering hundreds of the tortoises in their “care”.

The Fed will just keep printing / digitizing USD. The economy / USD is not yet ready to collapse. It will definitely collapse at some point, but we're not quite there yet.

There's no doubt that the stock market is disconnected from reality. The only thing that sustains it is quantitative easing and plunge protection.
I used to be a stock broker back in the late 80s early 90s. I know what I'm talking about.

Just keep buying food, lead and gold/silver. You can buy fractional gold for $50/gram at provident metals. Silver is under $20/Troy Oz.

They say you can't eat silver or gold, but don't fall for that old line. The US has no gold, it's all gone.

Currently, good and silver pricing is being manipulated downward. I personally believe gold should be at around $2500-3000/oz and silver somewhere around $30-40 based on a 65-1 spread.

By the way, historically the ratio of silver to gold has been 16:1 so silver should be the better buy. Gold is currently at $1318 and silver is $19.98....the spread is 65:1. If it were 16:1, silver should be at $38 right now.

Deleted from BLM.gov but reposted for posterity by the Free Republic, the BLM document entitled “Cattle Trespass Impacts” directly states that Bundy’s cattle “impacts” solar development, more specifically the construction of “utility-scale solar power generation facilities” on “public lands.”
“Non-Governmental Organizations have expressed concern that the regional mitigation strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone utilizes Gold Butte as the location for offsite mitigation for impacts from solar development, and that those restoration activities are not durable with the presence of trespass cattle,” the document states.

Yes. It was just a matter of time till the criminals ran across someone who was not a push-over. Up until this they had been targeting people who have been conditioned to not defend themselves; to not react with strength against violation.

The BLM produced document carefully spells out all the Agenda 21 precautions to protect the environment and indigenous wildlife in these newly created Solar Energy Zones. The document specifically mentions the tortoise and it need to be protected, which is at issue in the Bundy case. Every form of species is protected within these Solar Energy Zones except for humans and nothing is mentioned about how land will be acquired through the eminent domain process.

The document makes it clear that land can be acquired to protect local species which could be threatened. This is how the federal government is getting around declaring eminent domain and paying people fair market value for their land, prior to stealing it. This is exactly what my community went through in the last decade in fighting against the Canamex Highway.

At 1750 hours ET, I was contacted by my source within the Department of Homeland Security regarding the current situation at the Bundy Ranch. To put it bluntly, the people are being hoodwinked into believing that the situation is being resolved. It is not. It is a strategic de-escalation to fool the public. This source stated that the retreat of the BLM agents and the release of the cattle was actually crafted as a potential plan yesterday (Friday, 11 April 2014) based on the following:

1. A military assessment of satellite and drone surveillance imagery of the “patriot resistance. Drones under the control of the U.S. military were in use, taking real-time photographic images of not just the activity at the ranch, but "identifying the protesters, any arms and any supplies they might have or be carrying. “Mission accomplished.”
2. Real-time communication intercepts between patriots on-site and their off-site support;
3. Active monitoring of internet traffic regarding the coverage of events at ranch;
4. The monitoring of real-time video from the scene.

This source stated that a response by the patriot movement was anticipated, although exceeded their expectations. Although this was a real operation, they also ran this as a test case for future government operations once they saw the response. They were also actively managing the media, in some cases threatening to cut off White House access to anyone covering the event.

Despite this, the coverage by the alternative media began to create a public relations problem that was not easily managed. Note the lack of acknowledgment by the White House regarding this event. They are intentionally framing it as a state issue, despite the fact that all federal response has been and continues to be from the White House. There is a reason for this – a reason that has not been identified in any of the public reports to date. I will explain in further detail in a follow-up report on Sunday, after this source attends [redacted] to obtain more specific information about future federal operations. Regardless, according to this source, the government will take back ‘their land’ as they must to fulfill international obligations. It was never about grazing rights or anything other than (1) “securing clear title” to the land, and (2) further demonizing any patriotic resistance. It is my understanding, based on the information from this source, that it is a critical task to create a situation that will also advance their agenda of gun control and confiscation.

Special Note: As I stated in my report yesterday, additional information would be forthcoming today (Sunday). To those who object to the lateness of the hour for this report, it should be understood that I rely on my sources at their "convenience" (although convenience does not exist in the realm of exposing the agenda of the feds). Also, this is still a dynamic situation, meaning that federal assets and plans are still in play.

Narrative: As indicated in my report dated yesterday, 12 April 2014, I have been in contact with my primary source within the DHS as well as a secondary source outside of the DC area on multiple occasions throughout today. It is important for people to understand that the "breakdown" of the federal exercise is nearly as methodical and time consuming as the run-up to their arrival. The situation is still fluid, and there are federal assets still being debriefed.

Based on the information obtained from both sources who are known to this investigator but who are requesting anonymity for obvious reasons, however, the federal initiative to claim the land at the center of controversy in Nevada remains intact. Perhaps the most important information derived from both contacts is that the situation is not over. In the words of the DHS source, "they [the BLM and other support agencies] will be back."

According to both sources, plans are being made to physically return on or about the date of the "American Spring," which is scheduled for 16 May 2014. The purpose for choosing that date or approximate time period should be obvious. The most vocal and visible leaders of the patriot movement will be busy organizing and attending the DC event. It is during this period that the BLM and support agencies, by way of their physical presence combined with court actions, is intended.

Additionally, I was advised by a separate intelligence source that it is important for us in the patriot movement to understand that the situation is much more important to the federal government than just the visible components , or the stand-off, at the Bundy ranch alone. Consider the following:

· The current leadership wants to create [2014] as "the summer of rage." They are astutely aware of the difference in public perception between the rural population and the urban areas, and intend to shape public perception against the patriot movement. They are already spinning the situation at the Bundy ranch into a "display of reasonableness" exhibited by the BLM, DHS and all federal agencies.

· The current leadership is attempting to ramp up the rhetoric in the mainstream media about the dangers of the patriotic movement and the threat they posed to life, limb and liberty. Of course, this is untrue. The intent is to cast an even wider net of anti-gun ownership initiatives over those displaying such "radical" tendencies as shown at the Bundy ranch.

· It is important to note that the intelligence source contacted by this investigator stressed that the leadership has every intention to stretch out future stand-offs and events, as such ultimately work to (or will be spun) to their benefit. It is their intent to "game the resolve and practicality of the people.

· Additionally, it must be noted that Cliven Bundy is literally "the last man standing" in the way of this federal land grab. Over four dozen ranchers have fallen victim to the federal land grabs. Clear title to the state-owned land cannot be claimed unless and until all claims to that land, (the Bundy presence) can be removed. As many already know, the intent is for the federal government to hold clear title as collateral and ultimately conveyance to global interests. While many are aware of its value to Harry Reid and others, this is also about the resources under the ground.

Additional updates will be provided as further data is developed from source - and not before.

Steve, I think we both know that this little skirmish in Bunkerville, NV is not over by a long shot. One of the articles I read made sense to me in, that with this patriot spring thing in D.C. next month, the organizers are hoping for an extremely large turnout there. This could divert most people's attention to what would be going on in D.C. and away from the Bundy ranch. If so many of the patriots are away, wouldn't that be a perfect time for the bad boys to do their thing? I'm not sure how many armed patriots actually showed up at the Bundy's but maybe a large group should stay on hand just in case the bullies try and show up again. I know it takes money and free time but, threats have been made by that bunch actually stating that "it ain't over". If possible, maybe a larger number could be there for the 2nd battle. I have a stinking suspicion that when and if they do come back, it will be with greater force and they need to be met with greater force. The government knows that those who show up in D.C. won't be armed. That means, they don't really have anything to worry about there and, it also means more agents in Gold Butte. At 1750 hours ET, I was contacted by my source within the Department of Homeland Security regarding the current situation at the Bundy Ranch. To put it bluntly, the people are being hoodwinked into believing that the situation is being resolved. It is not. It is a strategic de-escalation to fool the public. This source stated that the retreat of the BLM agents and the release of the cattle was actually crafted as a potential plan yesterday (Friday, 11 April 2014) based on the following:

1. A military assessment of satellite and drone surveillance imagery of the “patriot resistance. Drones under the control of the U.S. military were in use, taking real-time photographic images of not just the activity at the ranch, but "identifying the protesters, any arms and any supplies they might have or be carrying. “Mission accomplished.”
2. Real-time communication intercepts between patriots on-site and their off-site support;
3. Active monitoring of internet traffic regarding the coverage of events at ranch;
4. The monitoring of real-time video from the scene.

This source stated that a response by the patriot movement was anticipated, although exceeded their expectations. Although this was a real operation, they also ran this as a test case for future government operations once they saw the response. They were also actively managing the media, in some cases threatening to cut off White House access to anyone covering the event.

Despite this, the coverage by the alternative media began to create a public relations problem that was not easily managed. Note the lack of acknowledgment by the White House regarding this event. They are intentionally framing it as a state issue, despite the fact that all federal response has been and continues to be from the White House. There is a reason for this – a reason that has not been identified in any of the public reports to date. I will explain in further detail in a follow-up report on Sunday, after this source attends [redacted] to obtain more specific information about future federal operations. Regardless, according to this source, the government will take back ‘their land’ as they must to fulfill international obligations. It was never about grazing rights or anything other than (1) “securing clear title” to the land, and (2) further demonizing any patriotic resistance. It is my understanding, based on the information from this source, that it is a critical task to create a situation that will also advance their agenda of gun control and confiscation.

Of the 3,080 sheriffs in the country, the award has only been given to 18 people since 1995.

Are whistleblowers—whose anonymity is often their best protection against retribution—made safer by being forced to register as whistleblowers with the U.S. government? Or are they being placed in greater danger?

The Obama administration is demanding they step forward and sign up.

Indeed, exposing government corruption or other wrongdoing often means being discreet, if not anonymous, on the part of the individuals blowing the whistle, unless they want to face retribution from higher-ups involved in the misdeeds. Keeping one’s identity hidden is almost always essential for whistleblowers because of managers’ or executives’ impulse to protect themselves and punish those exposing their mistakes. Thus, any government program that requires whistleblowers to reveal themselves—ostensibly for their own good—might seem disingenuous, if not counterproductive to encouraging workers to expose law breakers.

But the Obama administration is taking this approach by mandating that government employees register as official whistleblowers under the Insider Threat program it established three years ago. This program was adopted, the president said, to protect against internal dangers lurking within federal agencies.

One of the biggest supporters on Capitol Hill of government whistleblowing says the Obama program’s registration requirement is a terrible idea and antithetical to the importance of whistleblowers coming forward.

Senator Charles Grassley (R-Iowa), who coauthored the Whistleblower Protection Act of 1989 (pdf), addressed the U.S. Senate recently to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the landmark bill. During his speech, Grassley criticized Insider Threat’s effort to expose whistleblowers, citing the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a prime concern.

The Republican senator said he’s been trying for months to get the FBI to share its Insider Threat training materials. But the bureau has steadfastly refused.

At one point, the FBI’s top Insider Threat official agreed to meet with Grassley and Senator Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont) to discuss how the bureau was training its people to

“distinguish between true insider threats and legitimate whistleblowers.”

The official, according to Grassley’s speech, told them not to worry about the training materials, which they had failed to bring along to the meeting.

“He said whistleblowers had to register in order to be protected, and the Insider Threat Program would know to just avoid those people,” Grassley said in his speech.

The official then “abruptly walked out” of the meeting after being there only 10 minutes.

“These are clearly not the actions of an agency that is genuinely open to whistleblowers or whistleblower protection,” Grassley stated.

The senator, who has served in Congress since 1975, added that Obama’s registration requirement was an idea that “should be pretty alarming to all Americans. Sometimes confidentiality is the best protection a whistleblower has.”

A resolution written by Rep. Tom Rice (R-SC) claims Obama should be impeached for his defiance against the Constitution. The congressman officially stated the purpose of initiating the impeachment process was to “bring a civil action for declaratory or injunctive relief to challenge certain policies and actions taken by the executive branch.”
The most recent and notable Constitutional defiance included a range of offenses regarding the Affordable Care Act. The president has changed the language of the law as well as, processes of implementation without the consent of Congress.

WE watching the fantastic end of the pool know where Podesta stands wrt Contact.  With that lens it is interesting to regard the players involved in the latest hijinx especially when we take into account the events of January and February back channel internet discussion between comm assets.  (see my posts from that period).

The email I recvd this morning gives a view of the connection to the Ukraine situation.  See below enclosed.

So when you look up Viktor Yanukovich you get an additional viewing point of the latest games.  It's like a who's who of the January/February events.

Report: Top DC lobbyist Podesta retains Landrieu's husband as realtor

Sen. Mary Landrieu's (D-La.) husband is slated to benefit financially from real-estate dealings with a lobbyist whose firm often has business before the senator.
Tony Podesta, cofounder of the Podesta Group, has retained Frank Snellings, Landrieu's husband, to sell the Capitol Hill townhouse where he hosts prominent fundraisers and receptions, according to a report in the Washington Examiner.

Podesta bought the house in 2009 for $1.57 million, and Snellings served as his agent then. The house is now listed at $1.89 million, and the Examiner reports Snellings would be slated to receive a fee of around $50,000 from Podesta for the sale, according to the typical 3 percent fee due to the listing agent.
Podesta's firm has a number of clients with business before Landrieu. Its biggest client, Lockheed Martin, is one of the biggest contractors for the Department of Homeland Security — a department over which Landrieu, as chairwoman of the Appropriations Homeland Security subcommittee, has some influence.
A Landrieu aide pushed back against the suggestion that the relationship was inappropriate, however, pointing out Tony Podesta and his group have not lobbied Landrieu on BP or Lockheed Martin.

Do you drive the speed limit?  Come to a complete stop at stop signs?  Park in a loading zone because you’ll “just be a minute”?  Pay your taxes honestly and on time?  How many other rules do you intentionally break out of a sense of convenience, entitlement, or because you deem them to be irrelevant, unjust, or inapplicable?  We all bend or break the rules our society foists on us, each and every day.  We usually do so because we think they’re “little” rules, and there won’t be any real consequence of breaking them.  Clearly, we have a mindset that allows us to pick and choose the rules we’ll abide by, as long as they’re trivial and we don’t get in trouble.
So you have to ask yourself: why do you feel okay breaking the little rules, but fear breaking the big ones?  What is it that scares you so much about taking a stand when something more than your time and convenience are at stake?  For most, it’s the consequences.  You’re unwilling to break the big rules because you fear the consequences.
If your personal code aligns with those big rules, that’s a perfectly acceptable situation.  You’ve got no reason to break those rules.  But what if your personal code dictates you behave contrary to those rules?  In that case, you’re faced with a choice: abide by the rules and live the life of a hypocrite, change your code, or break the rules.
The problem is that some rules cross lines that you cannot abide being crossed.  Worse, some rules aren’t even rules: they’re just people using assumed authority and threat of force to intimidate you into submission.  An excellent recent example of this is the incident at Cliven Bundy’s ranch.  The link I included is a somewhat neutral summary of the situation, though if you do any research, you’ll find a great deal more that wasn’t mentioned in that story, such as the government placing snipers on hilltops, the government shooting or running his cattle to death and then dumping them in mass graves, and so on.  But the important point to be made here is that this is the story of a family (and, by extension, a whole lot of other people) who decided they’d had enough of being pushed around and, right or wrong, stood up for what they believed in.  Based on the response from thousands of people, both local and remote, who traveled to his ranch to stand by him (some taking up their own sniper positions, just in case), there are plenty of other people who have had enough as well.  It doesn’t matter whose side you take on this particular incident; what matters is the recognition that there are lines in the sand past which individuals will not be pushed, regardless of the consequences.  Those lines differ for each person, but we all have them.  It’s important to learn where your lines are, and understand how you’ll react when faced with that situation, because there will be consequences.
John Parker understood this at the Battle of Lexington when he told his men, “Stand your ground. Don’t fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war, let it begin here.”  The consequence was the beginning of the Revolutionary War.  Without men unwilling to bow to the threat of force, this country wouldn’t exist.  It was men — average, everyday men, who’d had all they could take — who decided that their principles overrode the rules imposed on them by England, and gave us the chance to live free.
Don’t squander it.  Don’t be one of the flock.  Live by your principles.  Act according to your beliefs in all things, big and small.  Be a wolf.
