Where did all the Open Minds Forum members go?

With Open Minds Forum restored now for almost half a year at it's new location with forumotion.com we can now turn to look at reaching out to OMF's original members who have not yet returned home. OMF's original membership was over 6,000 members strong, prior to the proboards suspension, according to the rolls of the time. We can probably safely assume that some of those accounts were unidentified socks. If we were to assume a reasonable guess of maybe as many as 30% possible sock accounts then that would leave potentially somewhere between 4800 to 4900 possible real members to locate. That is still a substantial number of people.
Who were all these people? Some were average individuals with common interests in ufology, exopolitics, globalism, corruption, earthchanges, science and technology, and a variety of other interests. Some just enjoyed being part of a vibrant and unusually interesting community. Others were representative of various insider groups participating in observation and outreach projects, while still others were bonafide intelligence community personnel. All with stake in the hunt for truth in one fashion or another. Some in support of truth, and communication. Others seeking real disclosure and forms of proof. And others highly skeptical of anything or limited subjects. The smallest division of membership being wholly anti-disclosure oriented.
So where did these members vanish to? They had many options. There are almost innumerable other forums out there on the topics of UFO's or Exopolitics, the Unexplained, and Conspiracy Theory. Did they disappear into the world-wide network of forum inhabitants? Did some go find new homes on chatrooms or individual blogs? Did they participate in ufo conventions or other public events and gatherings? How about those who represented groups in special access? Or IC and military observers? Those with academic affiliations? Where did they all go and what would be the best way to reach out and extend an invitation to return?
And what constitutes a situation deserving of their time and participation? Is the archive enough? How exactly do people within the paradigm most desire to define a community? Is it amenities, humanity or simply population size for exposure? Most of the special guests have been emailed and have expressed that population size for exposure is what most motivates them. But not all. Long-time member Dan Smith has other priorities and values motivating his participation. Should this open opportunities for unattached junior guests who have experience and dialog to contribute to the world? How best to make use of OMF's time, experience and resources?
Many skeptics would like to see the historical guardian of discourse opportunity to just up and disappear; go into permanent stasis. They think that not everyone has a right to speak about their experiences and if there is no proof involved then there can philosophically be no value to discourse. I personally would respectfully disagree with them. Discourse has always been the prelude to meaningful relationships and meaningful mutual relationships have always been the prelude to exchanges of proof. In a contentious social environment with regards to communication vs disclosure how do we best re-establish a haven for those preludes? Is it only the "if we build it they will come" answer? Well considering OMF has been largely fully functional over the last four or five months this line of reasoning is not necessarily true. So what would be the best way re-establish this? Your suggestions are sought. Please comment.

several years now. I bought your Giants book and it is awesome. I hope to
get your others when my finances allow. Thank you for waking me up.
Everyone I try to wake up to the coming trials in the country thinks I'm
crazy.
Anyway, I'm writing to tell you what I and my son saw a couple of weeks
ago. I'd read the reports of the Russian troops here in America. Well we
were coming back from Danville, VA on a Saturday afternoon. My son said
"Dad, there's a helicopter". I looked out of my window and flying parallel
to the highway was a helicopter that I did not recognize. The first thing I
noticed was the rounded nose and the tire placements and odd tail boom. I
knew it wasn't any US military that I knew of but it was definitely
military. It was a solid dark olive green, not camo paint scheme. I saw no
marking on it but studied it enough to know it when I saw it again.
As soon as we got home I got on the internet and looked at Russian and
Chinese military helicopters. It was a Russian Mil Mi-8. I've included a
link in case any readers don't know what they look like.

I guess they are learning the terrain, etc. May God bless and protect you

There are a couple really good documentaries on that ArK find. Filmed on-site, by the investigators that struggled many years to gain permission from Turkish authorities to go there. They are available on Youtube .

In an article entitled “Sword to cut off the head of devils!” the website of China’s state-run newspaper Global Times showed a screenshot with a Chinese soldier pointing a rocket launcher at two B-52 bombers flying overhead. The screenshot is from the latest update of “Glorious Mission,” the official training video game of the People’s Liberation Army, on a level that takes place on the contested Senkaku Islands.
The two B-52 bombers in the game are likely a reference to the two B-52 bombers the U.S. Air Force flew over the region on Nov. 26 after China declared an air defense zone over international waters in the East China Sea. The move was hailed as an act of defiance against growing Chinese aggression.
Glorious Mission was originally called “Glorious Revolution,” when it was first released as a training tool for the Chinese military. It was later made available to the Chinese public and is heavily laden with propaganda for the ruling Chinese Communist Party .
While the game’s level that allows members of the Chinese military to fight the Japanese on the Senkaku Islands was announced in July, the scene of B-52 bombers flying overhead appears to be a [size=2]recent addition. The two planes are also not the first to represent American forces in the game. In an article entitled “Sword to cut off the head of devils!” the website of China’s state-run newspaper Global Times showed a screenshot with a Chinese soldier pointing a rocket launcher at two B-52 bombers flying overhead. The screenshot is from the latest update of “Glorious Mission,” the official training video game of the People’s Liberation Army, on a level that takes place on the contested Senkaku Islands.
The two B-52 bombers in the game are likely a reference to the two B-52 bombers the U.S. Air Force flew over the region on Nov. 26 after China declared an air defense zone over international waters in the East China Sea. The move was hailed as an act of defiance against growing Chinese aggression.
Glorious Mission was originally called “Glorious Revolution,” when it was first released as a training tool for the Chinese military. It was later made available to the Chinese public and is heavily laden with propaganda for the ruling Chinese Communist Party .
While the game’s level that allows members of the Chinese military to fight the Japanese on the Senkaku Islands was announced in July, the scene of B-52 bombers flying overhead appears to be a [size=2]recent addition. The two planes are also not the first to represent American forces in the game. Serious situation developing in TX. Sounds like its only being reported locally. Dubbed a Mystery Illness, it has flu-like symptoms but lab can't identify it according to reports. A family member of Alex Jones stricken with it, who is ret. black ops, a pilot, and well informed as to paradigm suspects it could be sourced to chem trailing. in ICU/CCU I have always had the luxury of working 48 to 60 hrs a week
anytime I wanted to..
There has been a serious reduction in patient admissions to hospitals and
ICU's. We have numerous patients on the floor that should be in ICU but the
doc's and hospital are saying no. I work in 5 different hospitals and the
average census in icu is 30% when it use to be 90% this time of year.
I am going on pure faith in God Almighty to help meet our financial needs
and keep me and my family healthy.

on a personal note, I'm going to be returning to writing at hubpages...but it will be with the express purpose of generating income so the topics will be all over the board from paradigm to the mundane. I have to, and not for reasons I like. Seems my family has overruled good common sense in this paradigm and they are hell bent on purchasing property...which in and of itself is not a bad thing. But here's the kicker:
a. it's 5 miles from a major population center
b. it's located on open prairie and the satellite pics show an indefensible position.
c. water is going to be by cistern
d. no room for food generating livestock
e. maybe garden possible but its obviously a high wind zone as expressed by the presence of tree wind breaks.
f. Three of the family members (two being teens) will have to work outside the home...and I will have to generate income from the net in order to pay all the expenses.
g. There's no apparent bug out location on my backside within quick reach in a martial law situation.
As you can see, I'm not happy. I guess it's time to get back to martial arts training. It's nothing new that they don't listen to me. I can rattle off all the messed up events I want but they're just like the rest of the unsuspecting sheep waiting to be blind-sided in this nation because they don't listen to those trying to warn them and they won't educate themselves. It's cool to be stupid. I actually wrote an article about that a few years ago.
Sigh. Basically it also means I will have to spend more time than I would have otherwise had to do thinking about really ugly situations and how I might be forced to choose to act in any possible situation since my options and opportunities will be more than limited. And I have all those non-awake, "oh you must be a conspiracy theorist" folks out there to thank for having to face the possibility that one or more of my family members are going to be more likely to end up dead in the expected chaos bearing down upon our nation. My Christmas Wishes For You
Christmas is still the most heart-filling and meaningful time of year. Outside of all the craziness, we have the greatest gift of all - the reminder that the definition of family is larger than life and the members of that family include every conceivable person on this world.
It also reminds us that it doesn't just include humans. For so many of us, dogs, cats, hedgehogs, racoons, parakeets, and even ones like pot bellied pigs or a horse or two are also counted in that number, and for a deep sighted few that definition extends beyond the known inhabitants of this world to include the unknown inhabitants and visitors without limitation. Kind, heartfelt thoughts abound; emerging from every nook and cranny of our mind, body, and soul.
Despite all the hoopla you often hear now about Christmas being just a religious holiday with traditions from this or that denomination of faith, it is truly deeper than that. Its about expressing Soul. Its the recognition of our natural spiritual depths and our interconnection to all living beings, not just humans.
It lives in relationship with the imminent and transcendent Divine and expresses a deep faith in the trans-formative power of Love, all leading toward unitive-consciousness.
And so for a little while even the busiest of us pause to participate, in one way or another, in this time-honored practice of being an early example of our deepest potential.

Meaning the good General's suggestion to get people to protest at their capitols and organize citizen arrests will probably only result in the aware segment of the population getting picked off first, unable to drop back, regroup and deal with the problem when the lid comes down on the corrupt plan and all inhabitants who turned their nose up at other sources sticking instead to mainstream mind-numbing television media. A message sent to Steve Q about the flu/flu season this year:
It's highly likely that a pandemic is forming (or is already well under way) and is undetected because the reporting mechanisms the hospitals use to local health departments and ultimately the CDC are grossly underestimating the problem.
Hi Steve, I'm a paramedic in a large southern city. I was remarking to
a coworker early this morning about this year's flu season being one
of the harshest in my experience so far. One of the nurses told me
that although they have had thousands come to the hospital with flu
symptoms, they were tested for influenza and tested negative.
It seems this bug is transmitted primarily via droplet contact (cough,
sneeze, etc) and evades the widely available flu test the hospitals
use. It's highly likely that a pandemic is forming (or is already well
under way) and is undetected because the reporting mechanisms the
hospitals use to local health departments and ultimately the CDC are
grossly underestimating the problem.
It's being kept hush-hush in order to avoid panic (I was passed
information by several nurses and doctors who started the intel with
"you didn't hear this from me but...") so preppers and patriots should
heed the warning now.
