I hear you but that future (shock) creeps ever closer. The future becomes the present, then the past and you're left with what you learned or didn't learn through the experience. Maybe we'll try UAP instead, the government sure seems to think it's a more hip phrase than that old overused one anyway. Here's a problem we could both ponder though, what is the root cause of the confusion? Thought itself? Or perhaps a disturbance of thought? Or any other of the myriad of existential paradoxes and contradictions that exist in this life?

Finally we're talking sense! It would certainly be a good gesture for the beginnings of fruitful and peaceful relations. I personally wouldn't call what they do hiding. They probably just go about their business and don't give a fuck if anyone sees or hears them. I can't imagine they would bother to host a press conference and break down the nuance of flying around in a disk shaped craft, larping as gods, speaking in weird riddles, bitching about the environment and doing occasionally weird kinky stuff with humans. No wonder they don't make a big deal out of being here, they're probably embarrassed and humans just remind them of themselves.
