Apparently I have to explain it to you that this is not just YOUR HOME, this is a SAFE HAVEN for any paradigm inhabitant who would like to reside here. It's also not fair to those immigrants who have gone through the system to become American citizens because they became lawful citizens the right way.  I would, however, say we need to streamline the system of making new citizens because I think the process is way too long.  Just my opinion based on education, training and experience.  Thanks Aaron for your input.

I agree with you about the need to end the welfare state. But I personally think that should not be cut off until we've all made the necessary arrangements for employment to consist of a minimum of LIVING WAGE. Not minimum wage but Living Wage. Many states give out food stamps to working families because the average available employment consists of wages well below Living Wage. Those families would starve without it. If you start starving people crime goes up because no parent worth their salt is going to let their kids starve. They will rob and steal to make up the difference before that happens and the already pervasive anger over the two sets of rules - one for the common man and the other for the politically affiliated or ultra-rich elites, will grow and morph even further.

It will finish off the culture of the middle class, because right now that culture is only inhabiting those who work their asses off and only achieve living paycheck to paycheck, at this point...they're the only ones passing a work ethic down to the next generation....they used to do better than that for the amount of effort they put out, but the economy has been deliberately undercut for decades till now they're often discretely on food stamps themselves just to stay afloat.

Our military and their families should NEVER go without. Yet football and basketball players earn 10x more than a common guy who is risking his very life for people who don't even know who he is, makes. This is so wrong. We wonder why youth behave the way they do and why things are so messed up in societal values.

I think the biggest problem right now with our border is that despite the flood of information and documentation, the general population and leaders are not perceiving what the research community does about what is actually coming over our borders-- paramilitary. They don't see or understand what the corruption and the NWO movement is doing so they treat the calls for locking down the border till we've got some semblance of control over the situation as something to giggle, reject, and use as a social black eye.

I'm not against immigration per se when it is real immigration and it is done legally so that those who respect and follow our laws, and treat our people, our flag, our traditions, our heritage, and our sovereignty with respect by not infringing upon them in unlawful or disrespectful manners have first fair opportunity. The invaders conducting themselves as invaders and even going as far as demanding payment of $50K "or else" within 72 hours, don't belong here. Never. If they can't be civil and lawful from the start then they are trustworthy from that point forward.

I went to school with some very real and legit asylum seekers. One family was from a soviet country (R)...my friend's father had been a diplomat. Their family were threatened with being all slaughtered for not abiding political corruption. They earned their way into the country...learned English, etc citizenship the legit path via study and assimilation. I had a number of friends from non US origins. They were truly appreciative of being out of their native nations and having a opportunity to join one based on our founding principles and being contributors. I do not see that with what's coming over the border. I have first hand experience encounter with LaRaza/LaReconquista. I've heard their intentions straight from the horses mouth in Spanish and reiterated direct to my face in English because they thought I was literally too stupid to understand what they'd said in Spanish.

No. This is an invasion and our military belongs on the southern border not overseas right now. There's over a million of them already INSIDE our border waiting for a GO ORDER to start slaughtering Americans by the score inside CONUS to take the land. This late summer/early fall, armed groups of horsemen escorted single muslim males theorized to be the commanders for this GO ORDER.

Most people I've encountered who espouse the globalist objectives are derisive about this threat. That is disturbing too because one should be curious and seek more information to see if something really is going on. But no that is not what they do.

I personally believe there needs to be some priorities based on common sense applied to the issue of immigration. I think, we need to sort the immediate threat in and out of the border with proper attention, personnel, and border lockdown, then with a decade or so of work to improve the economy, fix the wage issue for natural born citizens, and then address lawful immigration allowing lawful applicants to go thru a legitimate process that benefits both themselves AND us.

I think continuation of this one sided deal of 'dreamers' forced down the throats of financially strapped and beleaguered nationalists in a climate where leaders are covertly working on something called the US TERMINATION PROJECT to eliminate nation-statehood and national borders entirely is only going to result in a civil war that will make the first one look like an Easter Parade. Stunts like what New Jersey just did attempting to outlaw having above a certain amount of ammunition, certain kinds of guns, and limits on the number of bullets in a jacket, will assure the violence of the backlash. The People are going to choose the Constitutional Republic over the syrupy dishonest politicos who they have a right to make everyone's choices for them whether they like it or not.

My apologies, I certainly did not want to stir up a mess but I had to say something finally. I tried to communicate in a meaningful way.

Cy, I enjoyed the intelligent dialogue I just read for sure. There is not enough of us out here to make a difference against globalists, however, I have no intention of shutting up about what I perceive is going on. I even see more stuff at the local and state level that really makes me sick. But I continue anyway, hoping to inform on what I see and encounter. I agree with all that you stated for sure. All I can do is try to inform on the local level and somewhat through my blog.

I have a local page dealing with local injustices and rants and then I have my blog which deals with more national issues and some international issues. I wish it's nothing fancy or eloquent but informs the best I know how. We need to streamline the legal immigration process. I also wish we could perform a faster job of giving people asylum who present valid reasons for needing asylum. I do not believe in open borders but I fear we are trying to close the barn doors too late. I feel like some previous administrations have really been lax in border security and we are paying the price for it now. As for a living wage, the fight is still going and I don't see much progress. But we must keep on keeping on to inform.

Thanks for your encouragement and motivation. I occasionally tell my wife that my writing mentor is still there when needed. Just wanted you to know you have made an impact on this old guy. I feel like I must bring out the information I find even if it makes enemies. It has made me some locally, but they need to hear the truth.

Hi Mav, Don't you dare apologize. It's I who should apologize to you for letting things get out of hand here; so lax the jokers in our little fam were thinking the lack of reason and self-restraint was the status quo when it is a privilege that becomes obnoxious when over used. I don't mind some joking around but when it breaks the plaster that holds us all together well, as adults they really already should have a sense of when to curb it; and I apparently need to keep a closer eye on things. The back-sass told me the state of affairs, so it was my responsibility to sort it.

I love the intelligent dialogs everyone is able to engage in here at OMF. It's why I keep the doors open. Dan, has a unique style and is a far-ranging explorer when it comes to the philsophical genre. Not too many other philosophers on the net engaging participants the way he does. He's been with OMF thru thick and thin. Others too. I've been pretty busy here this year and not in here as much as I would like. I'm covering a lot of bases daily. But this is still home.

Mav, I want you to keep doing what you're doing. It is your generation that is inspiring mine to stand and fight the good fight. The Great Awakening is because your generation is tenacious and won't be silent about what's been happening. We're all following your lead. You and Quint, and Elias, and Jack et al.

Don't worry about making enemies, you'll always have more friends than enemies even if you can't see them. Yes our enemies need to hear the truth. Most are not so much enemies but only ill-informed and too stubborn at the moment to listen. The day they wake, they'll need people like all of us standing nearby because they'll literally be in shock. But they'll rebound and come up to join us fighting because of the efforts of people like yourself. It really does matter. Everyone and every bit of effort matters.

The only thing I could pick up was 2 groups had reached Tiajuana and a group of 199 demanded the money. Some migrants have started back to their home countries because the wait for asylum would take too long. I say they should have stayed in their country and gone to the consulate there.
