Hi Dan, I left the HOST CODE in your pm (OMF private messages) and 99's pm.  You guys can use the conference room even without out it being employed...just no moderator powers without at least one person signing in as host.   

Hobbit I didn't send the HOST control code to you, just Dan and 99.  I'm not available right now guys but you're welcome to go in and use it without me present.  Have fun.  The site has instruction pages if you need it.  Go to the site with a computer and take a look at the help sections.

Dan, there is an additional sign-in step to enter the host code.  That four digit code should be in your private messages.

Two people must be onboard the conference room for the elevator music to shut off.  You can simulate this by signing on via both computer and a phone.

Sorry Dan, I've been busy so I did not sign in.  If you are using a computer you will need the desktop app which you initially download.  Or you can sign in via phone.  To be a host you need:  both the Access Code and the Host Code which is in your private message box.  99 has a copy too.

You guys do not need me to use the conference room.  You can post a message in this thread to announce any scheduled conference you choose to do.

And yes you can have more than one person sign in with host sign-in so that another person has Moderator Powers.

It says..... waiting for Host......

It appears to require a PC, where you can access a ‘download folder’.

I only have an iPad.

Here you go guys.  It is fully functional and ready to go.  I do believe I gave Dan Smith "Host" sign-in ability.  If he does not have it or someone else needs it, just direct message me.
