T.C.GROUP - The Seinu Disclosures

In March 2006, the original Admin Team of OMF began receiving disclosure related emails from an Anonymous source. They identified themselves as an international group of associates with insider connections and a mutual interest in Disclosure.

At that time, the OMF Admin Team comprised of; Admin-Bren, Jeddyhi-John, Surfer Doc, Ufonaut-Lee, Ivo5000-Chris and myself-Jake Reason.

We called them the T.C. Group, with TC standing for "The Clues" which was a name they used in reference to themselves and their email contents.

T.C. asked us to post the information publicly on the forum.

However we were deeply involved with SERPO at the time and were hesitant to release the information over concerns that it may disrupt the forum and the SERPO releases, which were still on-going, at that time.

'Behind the scenes' we did some checking and verification on the sender and the information. Based on those results and feedback from a few professional Ufologers, we decided that the T.C Disclosures contained potential validity and importance. However still felt it best not to divert our forum away from the on-going SERPO releases.

In May 2006, two months after our first email receipt from them, two people signed on to the forum as members.

Their avatars were "dickhelmsghost" and "casper". Their posts indicated to us that they were part of the T.C. Group. And it was evident to us that they were signaling us "to get on with it".

And so on May 13, 2006 we collectively agreed to do just that.
Bren-Administrator began copying the body of their emails to the forum.

All of VM's so-called "high level sources" are none other than the same avairy members and their lap dogs (yes, those who continue to seek the appreciation of their owners).

Serpo (with bits of truth) was, and always will be a game played to find leaks, examine the internet and the forums, and later turned into a psychological game . The game is dead. The latest release is proof.

An asset has passed along the following: The briefing (1st) involved only three individuals. Later briefings were FILMED with 5 to 8 individuals present, depending on which briefing was discussed. The reason being that 40 did not fully trust someone in his cabinet. Care to take a guess????

The transcript that VM has passed along is bogus. Although 40's briefings were unorthodox, they did not resemble what has been released. Items have been altered and Serpo was never mentioned (nor Mars - LOL). 40, for various reasons, decided it was in our best interest to prepare for a worse-case scenario. You must also remember that a certain religious figure was with 40 on many occasions, there was a reason. Like 35, 40 thought long and hard about releasing bits of information through various sources, and believed the public should know. Unfortunately he changed his mind after a life changing encounter.

Challenge to VM and his so-called "high level sources" - it's time to put up or shut up (you too xxx)!!!!!!

We have an asset that is willing to come forth to shut this game down once and for all. He has nothing to lose and can shed light on these aviary members (F*B*I* can't shut down an on going operation). Many will have egg on their faces, so be men and end it NOW!!!!! Bill, we are disappointed that you did not reveal what you knew.


We find it very interesting that a certain individual always seems to pop up around a Serpo release or the distractions they create (fake lawsuits, squabbles between sockpuppets). We know this by his various sockpuppets and IP addresses that he uses. So everyone, let's welcome back Wayne. What's your role this time???!!!


On to the REAL plan, Phase 4 began nearly four weeks ago and is working as they planned (you are seeing this in multiple media sources. Phase 5 will be interesting, but by the time Phase 7 rolls around, most will know that these past stories did have some truth.

We hope all is well.

Our e-mail has been in a holding pattern until a piece of information was released recently to the general public, but they once again failed to notice.

Bees are dying due to varroa mites. Agricultural areas such as CA, WA, OR, FL, and the Midwest are experiencing this situation. These mites have either mutated or have been altered to resist all current remedies such as gels. Luckily, a university in Eastern Washington has developed a possibly cure and will test it June 15th on local beehives. Pray it works. The mites are also being tested and we will release that information in the future.

A few assets from the petroleum industry have verbally relayed "hidden" reports from their respective companies. Six oil fields have been discovered in US territorial waters alone (more have been found north of Canada) -- wonder why Russia planted a flag on the ocean floor? Two of these fields alone make the Middle East's supply look like a swimming pool. These fields combined with the shale oil in Colorado, Wyoming and Utah could sustain the US for the next 375 years at our current rate of consumption. This total does not include the "dry" wells throughout the south that are once again active and producing 35 million barrels a day, and the oil is bubbling out of the ground in various locations. This has been kept quiet so the dim-witted population will not realize that oil is a renewable energy source, but the world is using up the resource faster than it can replenish itself.

Three separate groups are working on alternatives (Bio-fuels); two have been successful and are looking for investors. In the US alone 368 metric tons of biomass waste is dumped in our landfills each year. If the processes below utilized this waste, then we would never have to rely on a foreign country to supply our fuel ever again. The different methods are listed and eco-friendly.

1- Group A uses saw grass and a common tree, both of which grow rapidly (a process called "CO2 Booster" can speed up the growth of the trees by feeding them co2 gas through a piping system). These processes uses heat and quick-freeze to turn the solution into fuel, which can be used in a standard vehicle depending on the process and additives. They estimate, after fees and start up costs, that a gallon of this fuel will cost between .85 to $1.00 before the states and feds attach their taxes.

2- Group B uses certain bacterium that creates six enzymes (cellulase) with biomass waste to produce their fuel. Their estimate for a gallon of fuel is .75 to .95 (plus gas taxes). They have started construction on a plant in South San Francisco.

3- Group C also uses bacteria, enzymes (cellulase), ground up bamboo, biomass waste and another product that is eco-friendly. A small modification would need to be made to your vehicle. They should be ready in about 2 years. Product cost is unknown at this time.

All of these groups are facing an uphill battle due to threats from unknown sources and state regulations. A few of us have invested in one group and are looking into moving the operation to a receptive state in the Northwest. Several branches of our military have had discussions with the founders of this group to possibly build a plant on a few military installations. The upside is that the plant would be 1/10 the size of a normal refinery and consume 60% less electricity to operate. Production time is estimated to be 1/3 to 1/2 times faster to produce and will produce 45% more per cycle. All waste is biodegradable and eco-friendly. A win-win-win situation.

With a worldwide population closing in on 7 billion people, drastic measures will be implemented to reduce this number to 2.75 - 3.5 billion in the next 20 years. We have been warned that our planet is at a critical stage to support mankind unless a reduction happens immediately, which it has begun.

A one-child policy with sterilization of both parents after birth is being discussed for countries such as China, India and parts of Africa (very soon). This policy could spread quickly around the world. If a second child should be born -- in locations difficult to monitor -- it will be given to a barren woman who must be married (the male will then be sterilized). If this fails to stem the growth and as a last possible scenario, all violent criminals, drug addicts, the handicapped, the elderly, and the unwanted children will be exterminated to lessen the burden on this planet.

The rise in cancer and other rare diseases was linked 30 years ago to experimental projects -- one being the creation of nanotechnology (actually started in the late 70's). Nanoparticles were found to increase cancer by a high factor depending on amount of exposure (air). ***As a warning, don't be in the San Francisco/Bay Area region this summer, or east of the Appalachian Mountains.

There is a silent war taking place in our rank and file. The light is finally awake and fighting back and we are winning. Sadly, we are losing one brave soul (Admiral) to retirement. He personally kept us out of WW3. Your bold and keen leadership will be missed more than you know. Thank you!!

We wanted to respond to the UN Meeting(s) and clear up a few discrepancies. Yes, it took place but not as it has been reported. The two meetings were mundane at best and Lorant was sacrificed for the greater good. One intriguing discussion was the issue of population control (see above), which reared its ugly head. Why do they want you to believe that secret meetings took place in a "bug" infested building and it could be kept quiet? This would have been leaked as soon as the first person stepped out into the hallway. Like a magician, look at this hand while the other hides the cards. Think for yourselves.

The meetings were only a prelude compared to the white stork's special delivery of a bombshell. This third meeting took place a few days later and away from the UN building. It involved roughly twenty-five+ people including select ambassadors/representatives, one military contact, two astrophysicists, one special guest, and three individuals from the religion sector. (Scientists already released Information, so if you can figure out why they have observatories, then you are a third of the way there.) ****Overseas knows the scope of the situation, but not the complete picture, pieces are missing. They have never heard of the "Controllers" or "Conformers," only "Deceivers" as they have encountered them. (see below) Others are here to help.

We can't go into detail of everything that was presented, but they are preparing you for the major announcement with or without the US cooperation. The e-races are considered our brothers due to a genetic link and are helping us complete the second ark just in case. The major governments of the world have delayed this to a point where the e-races have given them an ultimatum, as time is short. An asset in Russia has told of the push to get the Yamantau Complex finished in the next two years and that supplies have been delivered as well as a pipeline from the Caspian Sea to the complex has been built. It is connected to a desalinization system. The abc groups know exactly what is happening there, as they are preparing themselves. The coordinates we gave you in the past are for an entry/exit point (many others). We can't go into detail at this time, but John hit the nail dead center on this one, with the addition that more than just subs use it.

Just a side note to Ed****** There is not a "physical" war taking place above our planet. The wars are being played out here on Earth with the followers of both groups. The US is split within these two groups, but the light is starting to break through this fog.

A few things you should know is that we are dealing with two different groups. First, malevolent e-races are here to our planet for unthinkable reasons and us. They had been here in our past and returned in the mid-nineteenth century. Second, we are also dealing with the "Deceivers." They are more or less an entity that can take human form and are pure evil. They have infiltrated governments around the Earth, as well as the MIC. They care only for war and destruction and seem to absorb hate as though it were food (as was explained to us). They want the planet to be ruled by one government (them). They are not working as partners, more as competitors.

Our only protection and salvation is the collective group of peaceful e-races and spiritual entities that have kept these others from taking over and enslaving this world. The e-races supplied us with technology and energy sources to aid us in defending our planet, but our chosen leaders have abused this trust. They are now seeking out not only individuals but also influential people to spread their messages of peace and compassion. The e-races have had encounters with the spiritual entities and feel that they are the universe's guardians -- the universe is the Supreme Being (alive). They were lead to our planet by the spiritual entities thousands of years ago and were allowed to spark life here. The entities watch over us as a mother would for her child. They only intervene when it is necessary.

This is being relayed to you as we are currently overseas. We do apologize for not responding earlier, but there have been some developments that kept us from that task. We have information to pass along in the next few days.

1. Beware of the cointel agent known as "Source A." You also have two members that are agents as well. They were working, until last month, with an old aviary nuisance.

2. We were allowed to view a craft we believe to be ours. HUGE in size!!! Most of us are still shaking with excitement and awe.

The e-mail misunderstanding is not your fault, we should have been clear in our notes to you. We are angered though for two reasons: 1) We arrive home to be detained and questioned for over three hours. We have been followed by on our trip and home. It all started after we saw the craft. 2) Then we find out our e-mail to you , that was sent fifteen days ago, was not sent until six days past. One of our relay assets ended up in the hospital because of injuries from a car accident and was unable to send the message in time.




After catching up on sleep and information, we find that we are being accused of jumping on the bandwagon regarding "Source A." Well, let us tell these nay-sayers, armchair quarterbacks and pseudo investigators that we spoke with retired individuals, on our trip, that made a few calls to find out what is happening. One of them was in charge for his country of all USO encounters and communications. Others had clearances higher than their leaders. Each and everyone of them expressed that these cointel games are being played in America and Europe. They increase as we get closer to the truth. There are various games taking place elsewhere, but due to NS reasons, we will not discuss them at this time.

These retired people took time away from their exhaustive schedules to help Ciconia ciconia and us. They explained exactly what was to happen and why. Just so you Nay-Sayers understand, "Source A" was to string the brothers along for a little while longer and then tell the brothers that he was to meet his successor. After another time period, "A" would mention that he might be able to setup a meeting with the brothers and his successor, this would give him and the other cointel agent time to get their stories in sync and plan how to proceed from this point forward. Sometime down the road the successor would be introduced to the brothers. All they are doing is leading you away from the real meetings that Lorant mentioned and the other with Ciconia ciconia. Badges and security IDs don't show true intentions. Even though "A" holds a Navy rank as do a few others, it doesn't mean his allegiance is with them. His true rank is with the ABC agency.

And isn't it a coincidence that "A" claims all the other meetings are taking place away from the UN in secure locations after we mentioned this. "A's" original meeting date cannot even be verified, we and others have searched. Lorant, on the other hand, was in NY on his meeting dates. His information was collaborated by many, including one government official and a religious representative. Wake up, this was clearly in front of your eyes and you went blind.





These retired individuals are involved in trying to prevent World War III and prepare us for our visitors. Meetings have been taking place with the top brass from Europe, Russia, Australia, Canada, select SA countries and the US. India has chosen to go solo. These meetings have been occurring all over the globe. In fact, one meeting was leaked and actually made the news, though they guessed wrong on the topic.

There is one large country left out, and it is because of two reasons. 1) They want a larger share of the prize. 2) They were involved in a recent attempt to cause harm to Israel. This country is suffering economically, (which many are not aware of) greater than had been planned.

To honor an oil contract, contaminated rods and boron trioxide sand from a reactor in this particular country was loaded on a ship in lieu of a monetary payment. The ship is owned by Iran, and its destination was off the coast of Israel where explosives would have been detonated, causing a radioactive cloud to pass over the Middle East. This psychological attack would be a wake up call and the start of an unnecessary war. The Iranian ship, as you may know, is currently surrounded by US, French and Russian warships. They are taking their time to prevent an environmental disaster at present.

This country has also produced a man made version of the bird flu virus and tested it in their southern region. Latest reports confirmed by these retired individuals, WHO members and others, have placed those infected at 520K and climbing. There are now two airborne strains. This test occurred eight days prior to the Olympics, and the entire area was cordoned off by the military. To date, an estimated 37k are presumed dead.

Two of these retired individuals took us on a trip to a remote area overseas. We sat for a while facing the waning moon, then it jumped or appeared to. The moon and stars moved for a brief few seconds. As our eyes adjusted, we were able to see something was there but couldn't make it out completely. Finally we could see that this craft was enormous and was darker than the sky it had replaced seconds earlier. After three minutes of us standing there with our mouths open and mixed emotions rushing through us and not knowing what to do, it quickly and quietly moved off. No noise. Only then could we see the faint outline of a rounded, triangular craft with sloped sides and a light blue color coming from the rear??? of the craft. It could have been a cloaked dirigible/blimp, but we have never seen one maneuver like this one had. It was impossible to judge the size accurately due to a lack of reference points. But if we took a wild guess, the length would be close to a mile. ***Personally, it was the most amazing thing I have witnessed besides my daughters' births.***




Last, we mentioned prior that the city within a city was watching the skies, using two telescopes, which it owns. One is located in California, the other overseas. We have been given the green light to release the reason why. Currently our solar system is about to enter the outer edge of a dark matter/dark flow dwarf solar system that orbits our Milky Way in three years time. Everyone is at a loss of what to expect when we cross paths. Even our visitors have been less than forthcoming, though they did not seem worried about the situation. This also explains why countries are preparing enourmous underground cities to survive a global event and the ARK collection. Please remember, this is not all doom and gloom. Nothing may happen, but it clearly has many finally working together for the greater good of man.

For those who disbelieve our facts, the military secretly launched eight probes in cooperation with ESA and RFSA within the last ten years. NASA has launched three, including a 4th two weeks ago. These are staggered to detect some kind of levels at various intervals. Those who claim to have sources can confirm this easily.
