Who's Disclosure is Disclosure?

Sun Apr 14, 2019 2:16 am by Cyrellys

The narrative war is in full swing. When there's a 100 different competing narratives, how is it possible to discern a disclosure?

Is it akin to which truth is Truth?

    First topic message reminder :

    “Nature’s first green is gold,
    Her hardest hue to hold.
    Her early leaf’s a flower;
    But only so an hour.
    Then leaf subsides to leaf.
    So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
    Nothing gold can stay.”

Post by Big Bunny Love Tue Nov 20, 2018 1:00 pm

I’ve been studying the history of the Golden Dawn. So many influential folks were apart of this group at the turn of the century. I have benefited greatly through their work. Crowley joined the Dawn during a schism in leadership between Mathers and Yeats, Mathers claimed to have brought most of the occult canon to the group. He also claimed direct contact with the Secret Chiefs, this is a theme I’ll explore deeper later. These are disembodied consciousness.

Crowley’s Book of the Law was a channeled document. Now I recognize the inner Daimons/Gods and naturally found my Orphic connection to consciousness, and know he brought something back.

Anyway, interesting that the Golden Dawn, existing to help evolve consciousness, broke down over ego battles. Not very evolved Wink You would think evolved Humans could get along. These folks were caught up in powerful energies that are very much connected to our current UFO phonomena I suspect and continue to resonate in our time.

Spiritual science is a deep subject with many mystical aspects that have to be experienced to gain access to. The Masters are those who demonstrate mastery. There is a community of modern Magi. Close to the Sufis.  There are rough maps to the soul, which probably doesn’t exist at all as we think it does. The steps have to be taken in sequence, but sometimes the lightening will just strike. The history of consciousness evolving is the bigger game. Religions are just the cruff. You have to face and integrate the material gods, there are many powerful ones, none all powerful.

You have to be able to consider all creeds and none unbiased. Then there are those just seeking power and who have committed themselves to their dark natures. Have to always watch out for these assholes. As we don’t really need to openly challenge each other, probably not a big issue for you.

Magickal protection is a state of mind. You have to build up your psyche and train it like any muscle. If your house is in order, never fear. The real trick is to die before you die. Learn to flow and role and stay agile.

Now I can’t and won’t say any of this could be real for you, it’s entirely up to you and fate. While I don’t take anyone’s story about life literally, I do believe it is a worthwhile venture to improve your clarity and polish your mirror, while staying open to all of it.

I take no fixed position so I can take all positions.

The center of the circle is wherever you are.

Really enjoying Peter Kingsley, modern Sufi. New one today...

    Alone with the Alone https://www.amazon.com/dp/0691058342/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_m2g9Bb12J99GF

Henry Corbin's life work was to serve as a champion of the supreme importance of the individual and of the central place of the imagination in human experience.

“Corbin tells us that the world of the Imagination has been left to the poets in the modern Western tradition. He wanted to reclaim it for philosophy and theology and to place the Imagination at the very heart of human life because he believed, along with Ibn 'Arabi, that it lies at the very center of reality. This is so very post-modern. A turn to the Imagination, or less threateningly perhaps, towards the "literary," characterizes much of Western philosophical and theological thought from at least Kierkegaard and Nietzsche on. Most tellingly for Corbin, Heidegger placed hermeneutics and not abstract logic at the very heart of human being and knowing. But unlike Heidegger who wanted to free it from theology, Corbin turned his hermeneutic gaze back upon a theological vision that is not only Christian, but embraces the entire Prophetic Tradition from Abraham onwards.”

"Ta'wil is, etymologically and inversely, to cause to return, to lead back, to restore to one's origin and to the place where one comes home, consequently to return to the true and original meaning of a text. It is "to bring something to its origin. . . . Thus he who practices the ta'wil is the one who turns his speech from the external (exoteric) form [zahir] towards the inner reality [haqiqat]. This must never be forgotten when, in current usage, ta'wil is said, and rightly, to be a spiritual exegesis that is inner, symbolic, esoteric, etc. Beneath the idea of exegesis appears that of a Guide (the exegete), and beneath the idea of exegesis we glimpse that of an exodus, of a "departure from Egypt," which is an exodus from metaphor and the slavery of the letter, from exile and the Occident of exoteric appearance to the Orient of the original and hidden Idea.

...we can understand that the Spring of Life, the Aqua permanens, is divine gnosis, the philosophia prima. He who purifies himself therein and drinks of it will never taste the bitterness of death. As for the spring of running Water hard by the permanent spring, we may see in it a typification of Logic as being not a part but one of the derivatives (furu ) of the divine science. But this on an express condition that safeguards instead of degrading symbolic perception: it is Logic that must be raised to the horizon of this symbolic perception. In other words: it is not Logic that is the ta'wil of the spring of running Water; it is, conversely, the spring of running Water that is the ta'wil of Logic, that, as such, "leads it back" to its "spring," to its meaning and its truth (haqiqat).”

“As men’s prayers are a disease of the will, so are their creeds a disease of the intellect.”

    -– Ralph Waldo Emerson

What is the use of gnosis, if it’s so forbiddingly elitist?

Don’t believe, know and be known.

Knowing is being acquainted with your deepest Self, you know if you are or not. This can be masked by all sorts of ritual and abstraction, I’m talking about the core stuff. It won’t just be a moment, it is a conversation if it happens.

This is you before you entered into time.

I keep being drawn back to early Persia that seemed to be a hub between east and west.

Met a new dead guy, Henry Corbin, Dan would like him.

Corbin uses a term 'Imaginal World'.

"As per Corbin himself, as soon as one mentions the term the 'imaginal' it becomes necessary to distinguish it from the imaginary. The imaginal is not the imaginary. This may be difficult for modern people to understand. Corbin insists that the imaginal is real - more real - than the physical realm. It is not in any sense merely 'subjective'. The distinction between the imaginal and the merely imaginary is very important. Corbin insists that there is an objective imaginal realm and that human beings have a corresponding faculty by which it can be known. This faculty is related to but not the same as what is commonly referred to as the 'imagination'. "

Final participation is actively participating in the imaginal world in raw authentic awareness.

In the imaginal world the inner sanctuary is illuminated through the stained glass window.

It is a continual state of Wowness and a melting of the past and future into the eternal Now.

Corbin tells us, "The mystic does not recount a story, he IS that story, but it is a story that breaks visible history since it is the passage to that which is hidden to the appearances of this world. The mystic is the object of this meta-historic story because it is in him that it takes place, and this is why he is at the same time its agent, the actor, and the active subject".

This is the sense I have spoken about before when talking about the movie Truman Show. In awareness there is a shift of perspective and you see in eternal now that you are Truman, the director, the actors, and the person in the audience watching the movie all at the same time.

Corbin studied the Holy Grail story extensively and spoke greatly about the use of parables on the initiates path to awakening.

I've had the strange sensation over the past several weeks that I have lived this experience countless times, almost as if I'm reading an old familiar book.

It's like every waking moment is deja vu and every moment is eternal and never-ending.

It feels like a very vivid dream that I am remembering over and over again.

Every new moment feels more like remembering some eternal event that has always and will always exist above the flow of mortal time.

This sensation is also a part of experiencing the imaginal world.

The thought has crossed my mind that when I die perhaps I will be reborn again to this same life to live it over again.

There is a deep sense that all of time exists all the time and that everything is just on repeat. You continue to reincarnate over and over until you shed all your attachments and desires and then the part of you that remains continues on in a rhythm and cycle spiraling out into eternity.

I don’t think there is any reincarnation.

No karma that extends beyond life.

Perhaps we can project ourselves into the imaginal world.

And maybe that must be earned in a lifetime.

As I’m not living for anything other than now, it will work itself out one way or other.

We are just traveling the stream back upstream.

There is nothing more to discuss Aaron. I am sharing the radio channel as broadcast, it is not open to debate. It’s for any after to experience themselves or not.

I do not enjoy your attempts to retort anything said or add onto.

    Share your experience or don’t.

The rest is your opinion and we aren’t in the opinion business here.

You are your own person, act like it.

Seems they are deeply connected to big mind.

Smelly, this is the imaginal world. We are already all the way up stream without a paddle.

It does not take a lifetime.

    What nonsense.

It takes as long as it takes I guess.

    Anyway, opinions opinions.
