Where did all the Open Minds Forum members go?

Fri Oct 19, 2012 12:29 pm by Admin

With Open Minds Forum restored now for almost half a year at it's new location with forumotion.com we can now turn to look at reaching out to OMF's original members who have not yet returned home. OMF's original membership was over 6,000 members strong, prior to the proboards suspension, according to the rolls of the time. We can probably safely assume that some of those accounts were unidentified socks. If we were to assume a reasonable guess of maybe as many as 30% possible sock accounts then that would leave potentially somewhere between 4800 to 4900 possible real members to locate. That is still a substantial number of people.

Who were all these people? Some were average individuals with common interests in ufology, exopolitics, globalism, corruption, earthchanges, science and technology, and a variety of other interests. Some just enjoyed being part of a vibrant and unusually interesting community. Others were representative of various insider groups participating in observation and outreach projects, while still others were bonafide intelligence community personnel. All with stake in the hunt for truth in one fashion or another. Some in support of truth, and communication. Others seeking real disclosure and forms of proof. And others highly skeptical of anything or limited subjects. The smallest division of membership being wholly anti-disclosure oriented.

So where did these members vanish to? They had many options. There are almost innumerable other forums out there on the topics of UFO's or Exopolitics, the Unexplained, and Conspiracy Theory. Did they disappear into the world-wide network of forum inhabitants? Did some go find new homes on chatrooms or individual blogs? Did they participate in ufo conventions or other public events and gatherings? How about those who represented groups in special access? Or IC and military observers? Those with academic affiliations? Where did they all go and what would be the best way to reach out and extend an invitation to return?

And what constitutes a situation deserving of their time and participation? Is the archive enough? How exactly do people within the paradigm most desire to define a community? Is it amenities, humanity or simply population size for exposure? Most of the special guests have been emailed and have expressed that population size for exposure is what most motivates them. But not all. Long-time member Dan Smith has other priorities and values motivating his participation. Should this open opportunities for unattached junior guests who have experience and dialog to contribute to the world? How best to make use of OMF's time, experience and resources?

Many skeptics would like to see the historical guardian of discourse opportunity to just up and disappear; go into permanent stasis. They think that not everyone has a right to speak about their experiences and if there is no proof involved then there can philosophically be no value to discourse. I personally would respectfully disagree with them. Discourse has always been the prelude to meaningful relationships and meaningful mutual relationships have always been the prelude to exchanges of proof. In a contentious social environment with regards to communication vs disclosure how do we best re-establish a haven for those preludes? Is it only the "if we build it they will come" answer? Well considering OMF has been largely fully functional over the last four or five months this line of reasoning is not necessarily true. So what would be the best way re-establish this? Your suggestions are sought. Please comment.

It differs only superficially.  The form may appear very different, but not the underlying cause.

The $682 billion spent by the U.S. in 2012, according to the Office of Management and Budget, was more than the combined military spending of China, Russia, the United Kingdom, Japan, France, Saudi Arabia, India, Germany, Italy and Brazil — which spent $652 billion, according to the SIPRI Military Expenditure Database.

based on this fact, how could lil n korea compete with this. here is the disconnect.
do we have the tr3 b ? do we have stealth, anti gravidic and cloaked tech or dont we? and if we don't, where is all this military money going? and for what purpose if on 9/11 some guys with box cutters could dismantle this great superpower. there are huge gaps of common sense in all avenues on this matter. and cause of this, I do not believe there is any threat from n korea. its a game , and I for one, can't buy in

The situation is worse than the NK nukes:

The U.S. Navy (and to be frank, the whole U.S. military) is living in a state of total denial. In the next great powers war, or perhaps even in a conflict with a mid-tier power like Iran, at least one of our aircraft carriers will sink to the bottom of the sea. That means thousands of lives could be lost—and there would be very little we could do to stop it.

Free will is probably our biggest conundrum.   Determinism and free will are not necessarily opposed.  Time is an illusion of the eternal Presence.

    12........

All roads lead back to the Monad.  We all end up there.  Some of us will take detours.

Because we do not know the toss of the dice, does not mean that it cannot be known, behind the veil.

Can dice be ‘loaded’ behind the veil?  Can Shroedinger’s cat be saved?  Saved from its fate?

We are fated to return to the Monad in the best possible way..... to ensure the most good.  Can good be quantified?  No..... but it can be known, in retrospect.

Yet, everything is decided..... personally?  No..... through persons.

Ron has the illusion of having gone behind the veil to select DonKim.

Every decision is interpersonal. Is that like a committee? It’s like the chairperson of a committee, acting in the shadow of the triadic Monad.

Time is an illusion of the eternal Presence...not much more to say than this.

    Truth.

If so then, do you accept time is an illusion Doug?

If so, then does anything else matter?

    No.

Only you matter in this crazy world.

    You really do.

Because you are the Awareness here and you have the whole world in your hands.

    Right?!

We are moving away from linear time to circular being in gravity.

To what end? Was there a problem with the Hillary timeline?

Every moment is a microcosm..... is a facet of the Monad. Every present is the eternal Presence. We all can feel the Presence, but we won’t all admit it to ourselves.

    Hillary........?

I voted for Hillary.  I would vote for her again, now.

She would have been the better President.   But we don’t need a President.  We need a clown..... a trickster.  It took a trickster to know a Trickster.

Is DonKim the best possible trickster.......?

He was available.  He was made available.  Who made him?

Adam looked lonely, so God created Eve.  Ivana looked lonely......?

Eric loves nothing better than to denigrate his fellow humans.  How thoughtless he his.

He thinks he has saved himself.  How foolish he is.

Get over yourself, Eric.  You cannot think about anything besides your foolish self.

We are all constructs of each other.  Our personhoods are necessarily interpersonal.  Eric cannot appreciate this simple fact.

But where resides our free will, or what we take our free will to be? If it resides anywhere, it resides in the depths of complexity, and in the simplicity of the Monad. Are we not responsible for our own stupidity.... our own foolishness? Can we never be justifiably punished? And who is to be the judge? Judge not.

    Hold me close
I feel the time running out
I know you must feel it too

I feel the notion to dive in an ocean
I am the diving duck for a new day
    we will never see

    Street lamps call to me
    The night breathes slow
    The river winds

It's a stage, here we stand
    The words come to me
like I learned the lines by rote

    Thank you
You've been great and I really mean that
    I love you so

    Hold me close
I feel the time running away
I know you must feel it too

    Sometimes I feel an ocean
    Hold me close

    STARPOD It's a whole new ballgame ...

    Thank you for your post.

I only have my collected observations and common sense to offer.

As I said in my previous post,  I just don't understand where all the money for our military budget is going if we don't have provisions and defense for such a threat. How about the 2.3 trillion Rummy mentions before 9/11 that is now allegedly way north of 7 trillion, as Catherine Austin Fitts and others claim.
If a country like N. Korea with all the sanctions imposed upon it , and the comparatively minuscule budget is has for this kind of weapon, can be a legitimate threat to the USA  and the world, then perhaps we should cut our Military budget to one-tenth its size, build roads, infrastructure, feed people, create jobs, make friends across the world rather than stoking enemies .

Is the much written about "secret space program" and black budget real or not?  Do we have back engineered E T craft or not?    Do we have stealth, anti gravitic , cloaking,  TR3 b or not?
Because if we do and any of what hundreds of researchers , whistleblowers and insiders claim , study and write about  is real, then how can this N K weapon be a threat? Just park the TR3b invisible craft above the rocket, have a cup of coffee and zap it before it even leaves the gate.

But If we are actually in a straight up even, "checkmate"  w N. Korea on this, then what is the point of all the claims, all the books, research, talks and the discussion of the whole black ops world, many dedicate their time and careers to?

I write Music and create art.  Im no expert on anything in this field.
But I do observe and try to use my common sense .

My feeling, sad to say, is if N. Korea does get a punch in somewhere, its because it was orchestrated and allowed to happen by greater powers ,for reasons  "Operation Northwoods "style.

the threat of NK delivering a WMD is real, and its only a matter of time before the weapons are capable of delivering a devastating payload with the required accuracy. i have experience with the technology some 20yrs ago, and if technology has advanced as I would expect it to, we have the means to effectively identify, target, and destroy any missile, and certainly any ICBM, launched anywhere on Earth. the amount of money invested in black defense projects over the last three decades is staggering.

as doug eluded to in his post above, the politics of the situation are what is playing out at present, that's the true threat here.

What I want to know is why FM & Friends (tm) have been trying to manipulate events leading toward a nuclear exchange with North Korea? Is it because that outcome is actually better than what remote viewers glimpsed on the old timeline or because they hope that by creating all this chaos it will somehow lead us to a new beginning?

I also hope John Burroughs soon remembers what Kit Green said he would remember in the future.

And does anyone else think Kit Green and Richard Hoagland were separated at birth?

Also, by the way, this timeline really sucks worse than the last one. To hell with the Cubs fans.

Well, I think there is something here on OMF or I wouldn’t be here.

I’ve had many synchronicities with my connections here.

The portal talk is way down.

I still don’t get what Dan wants here other than drip drip, but none of us are influential are we?

If not, Dan is talking to a ship of fools.

I’m sure he is disappointed, as I have been.

Trying to let go of expectations here.

I find Dan almost impossible to talk to these days.

One can’t be sure if he’s just trying to push you to do something or he is just a nasty cuss if you challenge him.

Perhaps he does have info we don’t.

Which makes it irrelevant to me.

Speculation about meaning is a waste of time.

It means something different for each person I feel.

If Dan just wants to release info with no comment, that’s fine, say so.

Disclosure isn’t my game consciously, but I’m entangled with it now here maybe.

Truthfully I don’t think there is anything they know I don’t.

    Queue Dan’s shout down now.

Human secrets are usually just ego games.

Trying to make one important and ones’s existence meaningful.

I know I’m part of the whole, but I can’t prove it.

Is that not what Disclosure is really?

To help people break out of their limited view?

But the PtB system works because we sleep.

    Is this a rogue group?

    Are there rich fighting rich.

    I’m sure.

Some of us bees found the honey, the good stuff. And we can show you how to find it too.

Dan accuses me of self focus, of course I am self focused, because that’s the only place to find the Truth of life, inside your heart! That’s very personal, no? I didn’t learn what I need outside myself. No one can.

The Truth is we are Human Beings...remember?

I and others are establishing new planets of Light on Earth. To preserve the Art of Living as a Human Being. I know what I should do. Clear as day. Plant seeds.  I’m taking steps to get off the wheel and the Universe is opening doors. It rushes to support my family and friends, this growing ember of a community I have started local to me.

I stopped living as a Man awhile ago. The world of Man is over. Man is trying to kill Life. I and others are the response. You will not be a part of this unless you take steps within and without to find your way.

Maybe Dan and his friends can help us. Maybe Findhorn can. I keep getting pushed to them. I feel this is the way forward. I feel we are headed for dark times. And only a few caches of Human Beings will be left. Maybe we have some outside/inside help?

The world may keep going, but only as Simulacra.

I love the way the Universe talks with these crazy connections.

There are reports that the Katechon is crumbling.

The Katechon is what comes between us and the Monad.  Between the Katechon and the Monad is limboland/leopardland..... it is also down the rabbit hole.  As the Katechon disappears, the two sides become conflated.

The other side is the wayback machine.  It is where we retrace our steps.  It took us aeons to get here.  It may only take seconds to return...... it may seem like lifetimes.  Time is variable on the other side.

On the other side are NDEs....... we have life reviews.  We try to follow the light, but it’s not always easy.  We may have turned too many corners, away from the light.  We get lost in the maze..... in the fun house.

We work on our idiosyncrasies first.  Then we work out the more collective kinks.

    Any questions.......?

There are fewer objects on the other side. Everything is more interpersonal. The croquet wickets get up and walk away. It may seem more animistic, but the animals are all telepathic.
